We established first conveyorised painting plant for fan painting followed by tractor, white good products, switch gears, two wheelers, engines etc. with over 4000 installations for various industry verticals. Spray painting booths

Paint curing ovenPaint curing ovens are essential for stabilizing the wet paint film which offers excellent tough paint properties. Ovens are operated using either of fuel sources viz, electricity, oil or gas. Ovens are suitable for paint/powder curing with operating temperature ranging from ambient to 80 °C to 225°C. Pretreatment plants

We offer pretreatment plants which are primarily designed in consultation with chemical supplier and customer, to achieve desired cleaning levels. Our plant comprises of various stages such as knock off degreasing, degreasing, rinsing - 1 & 2, activation, phosphating, Rinsing 3- 4 followed by Passivation / DM water rinse, cromatising (depending on component MOC).Types :1. Dip pre treatment with monorail hoist/transporter based.2. Spray pre treatment.
