Can I use my existing PBX and analogue phones with Enjay SynapseYes, Enjay Synapse Solutions is compatible with almost any EPABX available in Market. The integration of Synapse and EPABX is done using PRI or IP.
Can I import Excel files for Calling and start Calling.Yes, Import the file, allocate the data to agents according to your work requirements and they can start calling immediately. After calling is done you can also export reports in required formats

If PRI is not feasible at my office, Can I use GSM SIM Cards?Yes, there are two ways to do it. You can either use SIM Banks along with Enjay Synapse or use your Android Phones with Enjay Synapse Mobile to run your Call centre from GSM Lines
Is this online Solution or in premise?Yes, In fact, Enjay Synapse solution is in-premise solution with Cloud based CRM. There is total flexibility as far as deployment options are concerned.
Can we install Enjay Synapse in our Virtualised EnvironmentYes, Enjay Synapse (the Telephony Server) can be installed in VM. By default it comes as an appliance, but VM installation is also possible.
