Every firm touts the value of their proprietary process and approach. At Talking Three, process comes into play, but our greater focus is on the journey. We step into the world of our clients and their brands to uncover the unique connection between their business strategy and the needs of their audience.We’re independent which means no one tells us what to do, or how much profit we need to make. And we’re very very good at graphic design.

Our client includes names like DRRI, ZeroRisk Magazine, Cyrus and One Integra, to name but a few. It didn’t happen over night either. We started in 2012 so we are new kids on the block, offering loads of creative services like corporate communications, promotions and branding, new media, exhibitions and events, advertising, direct mail and editorial design.

We helps companies succeed trough creative ways. We work to understand and translate user behavior into solutions that meet business and brand objectives.

First, we listen to our clients. Our goal is to fully understand each client’s business and the environment in which it operates. We start by carrying out stakeholder interviews, followed by an assessment of internal strategy documents and relevant materials. Then, we perform a competitive analysis and conduct heuristic and analytical reviews of our client’s current digital activities.

Our planning process turns research into a clear set of consumer insights, user goals and business requirements. This information contributes to a strategic vision, defining the future digital state of the organization, as well as its messaging and brand positioning. Other plans includes feature prioritisation, product roadmaps, connections, media and communications planning, and evolving the internal organizational structure.

Creative concepts are developed to support the overall strategy. In an iterative approach that supports innovation, we try lots of things, throwing out what doesn’t work and starting over until the results live up to the vision. Ideas can come from many places—customer insight, a business idea, a beautiful image or a sketch on the back of a napkin.

Implementation includes the design and development spans the creation of websites and applications; Production includes the development of content, copy, video, banners and other campaign assets; and Outreach encompasses social media management, blogger and influencer outreach, and media buying.

Our measurement expertise spans Web, campaign and social analytics, which are often made available to clients as interactive online dashboards. Our work also includes evaluating customer relationship management. We look at how customer data profiles can be used to create a better, more relevant experience for users that strengthens their connection to the brand.

Based on the data we collect, we analyze all of our work, so performance can be improved over time. Multivariate analysis and test-and-learn methodologies are particularly important components of our approach to evolving client solutions. if it’s campaign creative, we want to see how we can improve banner performance. By continuing to measure and evolve, we can improve and show how digital drives business over time.

Have You Ever Worked with a Designer Before?If you never hired a design company before, working with them right off the bat can be surprising at first. But don’t worry, with us, you’re in good hands. Here are some things to bring you up to speed:

We do pro bono works every now and then, but we don’t do free pitches and we don’t give free designs.

Everything that we put in our design has a reason, down to the smallest detail and size. Trust our judgment, we’ve been doing this for years, and this is exactly why you hired us.

A good design doesn’t come from a swing of a magic wand, and we’re not magicians. A good design comes from a good understanding of the problem and how to solve it. That’s why we took great care in estimating the time we need, and pestering with our process every day won’t make any big difference.

Here, we ensure that your spending is worth every penny because we believe that a good design is a good investment for years to come. People say, in short, you get what you pay for.
