How It Works?

1. Sign Up - Signup for Remote Resource Plan.2. Requirement & Expectation -- We will schedule a call and discuss

your requirement (for which tasks you are hiring our Remote Resource)• We will discuss your Expectations for service delivery.• We will freeze the "Task Lists" and "Delivery Expectations".• Finally we will sign "Agreement/Contract".

3. Allocation of Remote Resource & Account Manager

• Post freezing of requirement/expectations and signing the agreement, we will allocate the "remote resource" within 5 working days. Your renewal date is the date of deployment of resource (not your first transaction date).

• You will also have a "Account Manager", who will be your single point of contact for your resource related queries, billing queries, performance issues, etc.

4. Start using the Resource

• Once your remote resource is allocated, you can use it as you want for all your technical tasks.

• The remote resource is just like an extension of your team, and will be always connected with you on email, phone, chat, skype, etc.

• He/she will always available on your preferred time zone.

Collaboration with Remote-Resource

Our Remote Resources will be always connected with you via Email, Skype, Hangout, etc. They will be also using "online collaboration tools" like Slack, Dropbox, Drive, etc for file sharing, reporting, etc.
