Hanu is seeking a top-notch Solution Principal for the role of Cloud Architect (Pre-Sales) ,
responsible for the technology strategy and relationships with large enterprise and mid-
market customers. Solution Principal is responsible for the initial client interface to
demonstrate Hanu’ ascendancy in Microsoft azure cloud solutions.
The Solution Principal characteristically engages with decision making seats for providing
critical perspective and guidance on Microsoft Azure Cloud strategy, investments and
innovation drawing upon their depth and breadth of technical and business impact
knowledge. This position works closely with the Delivery teams to provide outstanding
technical solutions and designs to hanu’ current and potential customer.
You will need to be engaging, technically capable and credible. Furthermore, thought
leadership is an absolute necessity to look beyond the technology and educate on the value
cloud solutions create for our customers, and provide direction on how technology is
adopted is a critical part of the role.
Since the Cloud Solution Principal supplements and supports both a strategic account and
sales team, experience as a technical leader is a requirement. Sales acumen, IT industry
experience, and competency in road-mapping technology requirements and migrations is
critical. The successful candidate must be comfortable in highly complex sales process and
is comfortable discussing technology and enterprise applications at both a technical and
business strategy level.

Responsibilities:Skill required:-
• Involved in Project planning, effort, design, scope, estimation, resource coordination and delivery, as per specified timeframes; implementing project plans within pre-set budgets
• End-to-end management of multiple projects from conceptualization and visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects
• Monitoring project progress as per scheduled deadlines for various tasks and taking necessary steps to ensure completion within time, cost and effort parameters
• Monitoring onshore & offshore delivery management for technical deliverables of concurrent projects
Technical • Functioned as Solution Architect (Design and Implementation)• Should have a experience with microsoft Azure IAAS• Designed Hyper-V, Active Directory, DataCenters and System Center 2012 Suite for TMF
Group, • Used SCCM to streamline IT operations.
• Windows Server 2012 and DHCP 2012 design with high availability, Direct Access design and implementation
• Solution Selling for large enterprises, proposal development, Disaster Recovery• RFP, RFQ, BOM, management, leading architectural teams.• Creating HLD, LLD, BOM, validating designs as TDA• Looked after multi domain/forest AD architecture and multi domain active directory
implementation• Efficiently managed DNS Migration from Novell to Windows• Supervised AD migration projects for large enterprise• Chalked out project cost estimation for infrastructure• Oversaw migration (Merger) of two forests• Publishing case studies & white papers • Handled NLB & MS Clustering• Devised & implemented ADFS and Active Directory Risk Assessment Program (ADRAP)• Windows 8 Deployment (Refresh & Replace) • Worked on multi domain/forest AD architecture; rendered last level AD support (L4) with
operational team• Facilitated Power shell and VB script knowledge for AD• Looked after the infrastructure projects and established SOPUS account in India
