•  In 2011, Inspur signed full-service strategic cooperation agreement with Shandong Broadcast Network and established

“Shandong cloud network science and technology Ltd”, jointly contributing to the integrative development of broadcast

network in Shandong province.

•  With the overall adoption of Inspur’s HD interactive set top box solution and product for Shandong provincial network, the

combination of hardware design, software function, power module and remote control is realized; product cost and the

maintenance cost of set top box is decreased and the efficiency of service operation is significantly improved. Cloud

platform and CNTV business are introduced into Shandong provincial network.
