• «We have a lot of things to be proud of, but , unfortunately customer service is not included to this
list. For example, people often are not satisfied with
CS in shops and cafeterias. Servants are sometimes
rude or they don`t meet their obligations. In Ukraine
CS is not developed as good as in some European
counties ,but we are working on it and I believe, we
will succeed.»

• « As it was already mentioned, sometimes people are
rude. Ukrainians have to study to be responsible,
patient, honest, polite an so on. But that doesn`t mean ,
all of them are bad workers. I`ve seen smiley shop
assistants, pleasant waiters, nice and patient managers,
so situation is not hopeless. »

“In Ukraine online shops appeared not so long time ago, that
is why people don`t trust them that much.
But every year online shopping become more and more
popular.”
WHAT ARE WELL-KNOWN UKRAINIAN BRANDS?
DO YOU PREFER HOME COUNTRY BRANDS OR
OTHERS? WHY?
“Yes, we have some, like “BROCARD” - perfume and cosmetics chain
stores, UIA(Ukraine International Airlines)
and “ROSHEN”- International Confectionery Corporation. These
brands/companies are trustworthy and their products and services are good.
However , I often choose brands of other countries, because of better quality,
low price, commercials, curiosity etc.”
