They also offer the Kelsi: Mobile Medical Alert device where no phone line is required and help can be sent from anywhere. A Fall Detection medical alert device is offered and can be worn around the neck so that the button can be pushed at anytime should a fall occur. All their emergency operators are highly trained and based in the US and offer their assistance 24 hours a day.
