Synopsis of the Story

Bronze Wing Trading L.L.C. the Trade Finance Providers facilitated Advance Payment Bond to a real

estate contractor to avail advance payment from their developer to mobilize the work progress of the

construction project.

Client’s Requirement

The Client is a contractor of construction, development and real-estate services. They had signed a

contract to undertake a huge construction project from a renowned developer. To meet the initial cost

of the construction project & to mobilize the speed of the work, the client required advance payment

from the developer. Even though, the client has a good credit report & good reputation in the

industry, the developer demanded from their client to provide Advance Payment Bond in their favor

to secure their advance payment.

Challenge

The Client contacted their bank & almost all private banking sectors to avail MT760 on their behalf.

But all asked for cash margin & sets more demands to proceed with their payment bond request. So,

the Client decided to contact private trade finance providers to avail Advance Payment Bond. While

searching for the trade finance companies, they came across with a local broker who referred Bronze

Wing Trading to them and assured they will help them to avail Advance Payment Bond on behalf of

their company.

Our Approach

The Broker and the Client contacted us with their request. We analyzed and approved their request.

The Client signed the service agreement & paid the admin charges to start processing their request.

We instantly blocked our bank limit to structure their bond and sent the MT760 draft for their

approval. The Client approved the draft and paid the issuance fee charges. Then, we sent a request to

our bank to issue the Advance Payment Bond to the developer’s bank via authenticated Swift MT760.

After receiving the Advance Payment Bond, the Developer provided Advance Payment to the

Contractor to proceed with the Construction Work.
