Winter Ice Cream RecipeThis is a quick recipe for a very delicious dessert that will fitperfectly during winter, but also through the entire year.We like to make it as replacement for ice cream during cold winterdays. Basically, these ice creams are just usual ice cream conesfilled with very sweet mixture or egg whites and sugar covered withtasty melted chocolate.Im pretty sure you will love this dessert, as much as I do. Ingredients:Filling:7 egg whites2/3 cup + 1 1/4 cup sugar5 tbsp. vanilla sugar1 tbsp. gelatin powderSauce:3.5 oz chocolate1/4 cup butter3 tbsp. milk15 conesPreparation time: around 20 minutesDifficulty: 3/5 (medium)Preparation:1. Whisk egg whites with 2/3 cup of sugar until you get firm andthick "snow". Use electric mixer;2. Boil 1 1/4 cups of sugar with vanilla sugar until you get a thicksyrup;3. Add gelatin powder to the syrup and let it melt. Stir occasionally.4. When gelatin powder melts with syrup, pour it very slowly intothe "snow" of egg whites and mix with electric mixer until combined;5. When its well scrambled, the mixture is ready. Now use syringes,fill it with mixture and then fill up cones;6. Melt chocolate, butter and milk on the stove. Top of filled cone dipinto melted chocolate, or pour melted chocolate over filled coneusing a tablespoon; Brought to you by 3. 6.
