Why parents are important?
Parents are not physically present in the classroom, they can and do and
judge teachers.
Ways that parents can be involved and connected
Parents can be involved in their children’s schooling. Some parents may drop their children off and be there to pick them up as soon as the bells rings.It’s easier to make a connection if you share the same language as the parents of your learner.
PTA and PTO
In number of countries, there are parents-teacher assiciation (PTA) and parent-teacher organization (PTO).
Research shows that children do better in school when parents talk often with teachers and become involved in the school
