Francesca, Demi, Lara and Sian

Initial concept

Sian and Lara will experience paranormal things happening to them.

• Idea 1: Faye, Lara and Sian are triplets but Faye was put up for adoption when she was a baby. Their mum has never told them that they are triplets. Faye starts to haunt Lara and Sian as a spirit and try and get through to them to make them aware that they have another sister.

• Idea 2: Lara and Sian were drink driving with a group of friends and they go through a red light and end up hitting Faye. They drive off and leave Faye unaware that she died. Faye tries getting back at them by haunting them and doing paranormal things.

• Idea 3: Sian, Lara and Faye are at home on their own one night when someone breaks in and they try to hide within the house and escape.

Genre

• Our genre is Horror and paranormal. We are doing this because we think it is a popular genre and we will be able to make it effective this time of the year as it gets dark quick so we will have this as a advantage. We also think it will be quite challenging to make it scary enough to scare our target audience.

Target audience

• The target audience for our web drama will be 15+. We believe this is a suitable age for the genre we are doing which is horror.

Unique selling point

• Our unique selling point will be the use of flashbacks. We will doing this with the use of real footage from when our actors were younger which will be effective.

Characters

• We have chosen to use Lara and Sian from our group and their sister Faye as the characters. This is because they follow our ideas and all do acting, dancing and singing so they are suitable as they will be confident when acting out the scenes.
