Using InPerson Conferencing

Attach the Power and Ethernet cables

Power up the unit

Blue button is power on

Network login will start automatically

Once logged in you will see yourself

Open contacts or speed dial to connect to another office

Click on the color coded button to affirm a screen menu command

Select the office you want to connect to by highlighting its contact

Press the OK button to confirm contact

The receiving unit will ring and alert you that a call is coming in.

Press OK to receive the call.

You are now video conferencing

Connecting to a webcam

Web cam user connects to the InPerson Invite website

Webcam caller clicks on Green Connect Button

Receiving console rings and you select ok to connect to incoming call.

Connecting to a Projector or TV

Connect RCA video cables from InPerson to LCD projector

Press TV/LCD button

Projector will scan for analog video input and display the InPerson video
