Psychology of Motivation is an Invitation to an inside journey:« An elucidating introspection».

To self introspect, we can ask psychotherapists, they analyse psyche & translate dreams.

They save & help people with mental illnesses.

But for us, not mentally ill (or not so seriously), we

onlyneed answers to our questions.

How can I understand myself better? This is an individual & voluntary approach,

No dogma, no coach, no guru kan ask you money for that.

Normally, it costs nothing to ask ourselves questions & search for answers.

Talk is free, so let’s talk with ourselves.

Page 5: The meaning of life

Our life has meaning when we are satisfied with ourselves,

With others & with life in general.

Our life loses its meaning

when we’re unhappy or unsatisfied by the ups and downs as well as

the accidents

of our lives.

The meaning of life is the meaning that WE give to our OWN life with our capacities to:

- live in harmony with ourselves & with others,- adapt ourselves to our environment without betraying our personal values.

Finding the meaning of life is maintaining spiritual, sexual & material self balance;

preserve our common sense.

If in all circumstances we must remain reasonable, it’s also vital to take pleasure in enjoying the moment at

any time .

This balance is influenced by our personal story, our past the context & accidents of our lives.

Page 13: The meaning of life

To keep your balance, you must learn to self introspect methodically and naturally.

Our mind pushes us and our intellect allowing us to do this.

A method exists and can help us: the Psychology of Motivation (Paul Diel).

C Lecocq. See you soon.

Live every second as if you are living it for the second time (Tibetan proverb).

Then you will have more fun living each moment.
