achieve in life, you are putting

yourself in a suitable mental state to

bring that into fruition. During your

visualization, be sure not to leave out

the minor details. Visualize as vividly

as you can and involve as many of

your senses as you can. The more

vivid and detailed your visualizations

are, the better the effects.

While going through mind power training, you may have heard about

positive affirmations as well. These are also effective for molding your

character and helping you gain self confidence. As your affirm yourself

positively, you will realize that you will become what you are believing.

Did you know that many athletes practice positive affirmations too? There

is a known athlete who looks into the mirror every day and declares

uplifting statements on himself. He is one of the most successful athletes

that the world has ever seen. Can you imagine the impact a simple

declaration can have on your life?

Lastly, you may have heard that you need to be careful about what you

listen to. That is true as well. Have you realized that the more you listen

to someone complaining, the more you feel pessimistic? Your mood may

even get affected by the person’s constant complaining and whining. Be

careful about what you allow to take root in your subconscious mind. If

possible, you should shut yourself out from anything that is negative and

keep listening to stuff that are positive. That is why positive affirmations

are so effective.
