What is a Posture ?Posture is not a position ,but a dynamic pattern of reflexes ,habits & adaptive responses to anything that resists you being more or less upright and functional , such as

Gravity ,of course !

Abnormal anatomy.

Athletic challenges.

Posture During Interview :-Sit only when the interviewer ask you to sit.

Say thank you.

Sit up straight and lean slightly forward in your chair as this shows your interest towards interview .

Sit with good posture with hands folded in your lap as this indicates good manners.

Avoid crossing your arms over your chest , as this demonstrates a closed minds.

Types of posture :-

1. Easy posture. 2. Rigid posture. 3. Faulty posture.

Easy Posture:It is a good balance position though this position cannot be maintained for a long period

By alternating the main support from one leg to another the muscles become periodically unloaded and relaxed.

Rigid Posture :-

It is a normal posture or the posture of attention. It doesn't mean normal posture .This position can be hold for a long time as most of the body parts are in extension.

Therefore, the load increases on the joints and the muscles.

Faulty posture :-

It results the following statements:-Faulty relationship of various body parts which produces increased strain on the supporting structures.

Inadequate over the balance of support. It will occur increase or decrease of body curvature.
