SUMMARIES
• A summary is a recap of what has been said.
• Internal summaries are recaps of what has been said so far in the presentation.
• The final summary is a recap of all the main points, usually just before or during your conclusion.

OUTLINING YOUR PRESENTATION
• Preparation outline– Fairly detailed outline of central idea, main
ideas, and supporting material– Standard outline format
• Within each level, make headings grammatically parallel.
• Delivery outline– Condensed and abbreviated outline from
which speaking notes are developed
