Ingredients:1 Tbs heavy whipping cream6 ice cubes1 tsp Barlean’s Forti-Flax (milled organic flaxseed)1 scoop of your favorite chocolate or vanilla protein mix1 tsp natural peanut butter1 Tbs Strawberry Banana Omega Swirl

Paradise Peach Orange Cream DreamServes 1

Ingredients:1 cup unsweetened or sweetened coconut milk 12 frozen peaches* 1-3 Tbs Total Omega Orange Cream Omega Swirl

Directions:Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If too thick, add more coconut milk and blend. Enjoy!

* If peaches are in season, use fresh peaches. Just clean a peach, take out the pit and freeze.

Healthy French ToastServes 2-3

Ingredients:5 pieces hearty grain bread or sprouted grain bread3 organic eggs2 Tbs organic milk2 Tbs orange juice1 tsp cinnamon1 heaping Tbs Barlean’s 100% Organic Coconut Oil1 Tbs raw honey1 Tbs Essential Woman Chocolate Raspberry Omega SwirlOptional: sliced strawberries or boysenberries, vanilla yogurt

Directions:1. Whisk together eggs, milk, orange juice and cinnamon.2. Heat coconut oil in safe, non stick pan on medium high heat. Drench bread slices in egg mixture and place on hot pan, 2-3 at a time. 3. Cook until browning on side facing down, then flip and cook another couple minutes .4. Make sure there are no areas with raw egg - the entire piece of toast should be golden brown and a little crisp, remove and cut diagonally and top with honey and Essential Woman Chocolate Raspberry Omega Swirl.5. Optional: top with cut berries and vanilla yogurt.

Tropical Breakfast ParfaitServes 1

Ingredients:1 cup nonfat, plain Greek-style yogurt1/2 cup mixed fresh pineapple, bananas, strawberries1/4 cup of your favorite granola2 tsps Piña Colada Omega SwirlHoney, or sweetener of choice to taste (optional)Coconut extract to taste (optional)

Directions:If you are using honey, sweetener, or coconut extract, mix these into your yogurt first, then in a tall glass layer in this order: 1/2 cup of the yogurt, half of the fruit mixture, 1 tsp of the Omega Swirl, half of the granola. Repeat the layers.

Vanilla yogurt may be used, if you don’t like plain yogurt. This recipe also works well with other fruit combinations and flavors of Omega Swirl.

Omega Swirl Power Breakfast (Dr. Johanna Budwig Style)

Serves 1

Ingredients:2 heaping Tbs of Barlean’s Forti-Flax (milled organic flaxseed)1 cup of plain organic yogurt with live culture1 Tbs Mango Peach Omega Swirl to tasteHandful of raw nuts (almonds, walnuts, brazil nuts, pecans) Fresh raw organic berries to taste (start with ½ cup)

Directions:Put the milled flaxseed into an eating bowl.Add the yogurt and Omega Swirl and mix with a spoon.Add the nuts and berries and stir into the yogurt mixture. Enjoy the simple, earthy, multi-textured goodness of this whole food combination.

Pomegranate Blueberry Swirl ToppingServes 1-2

Ingredients:1 Tbs cream cheese1 Tbs plain yogurt1 Tbs Total Omega Vegan Pomegranate Blueberry Omega Swirl

Directions:Mix all ingredients together and top on any fruit, hot cereal or toast!

Plain yogurt and cream cheese mixed together without some magical sweetener is rather plain. But with Total Omega Vegan Swirl (or any other Swirl flavor) added, the two come alive together for a sweet and creamy treat. The nutritional value is high, the texture is rich and the flavor is delicious!

100% Vegan Option

Ingredients:1 Tbs walnuts (6 walnut halves)1 Tbs cashews (6 cashews)1 Tbs Total Omega Vegan Pomegranate Blueberry Omega Swirl

Directions:Place all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy. If you need more liquid for mixture to blend smoothly just add a little fruit juice or honey water. Top on fresh fruit or eat out of the spoon!

Creamy Strawberry Swirl DressingServes 4-6

Ingredients:1/8 cup lemon juice1/3 cup fresh orange juice¼ cup olive oil¼ cup Strawberry Banana Omega Swirl 1 tsp agave nectar¼ tsp garlic powder¼ tsp onion powder3 Tbs water sea salt and pepper to taste2 Tbs fresh chopped chervilOptional: add in two fresh strawberries

Directions:Put all ingredients except chervil in blender. Blend until smooth. Add chervil. Pulse to blend.The dressing’s fruity sweetness is a perfect complement to spinach salads. Be sure to garnish with fresh strawberries for maximum flavor and visual impact.Note: Creamy Strawberry Swirl Dressing keeps, refrigerated in an airtight container, 1 week.If fresh herbs aren’t available, substitute 1 tsp dry for each Tbs of fresh.

Swirlicious SaladServes 2

Ingredients:4 Tbs Lemon Zest Omega Swirl¼ cup light agave nectar2 tsp poppy seeds1 cup halved fresh strawberries1 cup cubed fresh pineapple1 cup fresh blueberries1 cup cubed seedless watermelon¼ cup slivered almonds, toasted

Directions:In a small bowl, combine the Lemon Zest Omega Swirl, agave nectar, and poppy seeds. In a serving bowl, combine the fruit. Drizzle with dressing; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with the almonds. Serve with a slotted spoon.

Note: For a sweeter flavored sauce, substitute Mango Peach Omega Swirl. The Pina Colada flavor can also be substituted for a Caribbean taste. This salad is nutritious and delicious! It is perfect by itself or as a side.

Ingredients:1 Tbs Lemon Zest Omega Swirl1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil1 Tbs tahini

Directions:Salt to taste. Mix ingredients and pour over your favorite steamed or raw veggies! Top with Chef Teton’s Sea Veggie Mineral Mixture (Dulce, Kombu, Nori & more).

Lemon Swirl, Yogurt & Cumin SauceServes 2

Ingredients:1 Tbs Lemon Zest Omega Swirl             2 Tbs plain, organic yogurt (whole milk or low fat)1/3 tsp cumin1/8 tsp turmeric

Directions:Salt to taste and sprinkle over steamed Swiss chard, kale or broccoli. Use chile flakes to add a little heat.

Creamy Citrus-Basil SoupServes 4

Ingredients:2 cucumbers1 garlic clove½ cup soaked almonds, skins removed½ cup freshly-squeezed orange juice2 Tbs Total Omega Orange Cream Omega Swirl¼ cup freshly-chopped basilpinch sea salt

Directions:TOOLS: High-speed blender; food processor.Slice cucumbers lengthwise and remove seeds. Coarsely chop cucumber and place in high-speed blender with garlic, almonds, and orange juice. Blend until smooth. Add Orange Cream Omega Swirl, basil, and sea salt to blender. Pulse until blended. Serve immediately or chill in fridge before serving.Optional garnish: Add basil leaves and/or drizzle Omega Swirl on top of individual servings.

Valentine’s Day Black Bean FudgeServes 2-4

Ingredients:2 cups cooked black beans or 1 15-ounce canned black beans, rinsed and drained¾ cup carob or cocoa powder6 Tbs melted Barlean’s 100% Organic Coconut Oil4-6 Tbs maple syrup or agave nectar1 tsp pure vanilla extract or almond extract½ cup Essential Woman Chocolate Raspberry Omega Swirl1 tsp cinnamon (optional) or nutmeg½ tsp Himalaya or sea salt4 Tbs chocolate chips ½ cup walnuts or hazelnuts (optional)

Directions:Place all ingredients in food processor fitted with an “S” blade and blend until totally smooth. Mixture will be thick. Line an 8 x 4 loaf pan or square pan with plastic wrap, transfer fudge to pan, spreading mixture to edges.

Refrigerate until totally firm. Use plastic wrap to lift fudge from pan. Cut into squares and store in refrigerator.

Orange Cream Swirl PieServes 4-6

Ingredients: Topping

1½ cups sliced pineapple3 Tbs raw sugar 3 Tbs agar agar (thickening agent)6 Tbs Total Omega Orange Cream Swirl

Ready-made graham cracker pie crust in pie pan.

Ingredients: Pie Filling

1 cup cream cheese1 cup tofu 1 cup plain yogurt 4 Tbs raw sugar2 Tbs lime juice1 cup whipped cream

Directions:For topping:Blend pineapple, sugar and agar agar together well and then add Total Omega Orange Cream Swirl. Blend and store in freezer to set and thicken.

For filling:Blend cream cheese, tofu, yogurt, sugar and lime juice together in food processor until creamy. Add whipped cream by lightly stirring into mixture with a knife (do not blend again). Pour in ready-made pie-crust pan and smooth the top with knife.

Place in fridge to chill or set in freezer for an hour or so. When topping has thickened, pour on top of pie filling and chill pie until ready to serve.

Everyone gets a good dose of the healthy EFAs while they enjoy a rich and delicious pie that is high in protein and very low in sugar!

Fresh Blueberry SorbetServes 4

Ingredients:4 cups of blueberries1 cup purified water¼ cup lemon juice3 -4 packets of stevia powderTotal Omega Orange Cream Swirl

Garnish:Sprinkle coconut flakes on plate and pile high various flavors of fruit sorbets.

Drizzle Total Omega Orange Cream Swirl.

Directions:TOOLS: High-speed blender; fine strainer, ice cream maker.

Add blueberries, water, lemon and stevia to high speed blender and process till completely blended

Run mixture by pressing lightly on solids through a fine sieve to remove the solids. Discard solids.

Set in refrigerator to chill approx. 2 -4 hours. Once mixture is chilled process mixture in ice cream maker

and follow manufacturers suggested instructions.

The rich, creamy texture is akin to a traditional cheesecake, but is safe for those who don’t eat dairy.

Ingredients:CRUST

2½ cups almonds3 cups cashews½ tsp vanilla extractpinch sea salt8 dates, pitted

FILLING1 cup fresh lemon juice1 cup almond milk¾ cup agave2 tsp vanilla extractpinch sea salt3 Tbs lecithin (non GMO)¾ cup coconut butter

GARNISH / TOPPING1 Tbs Strawberry Banana Omega Swirl 1 Tbs Essential Woman Chocolate Raspberry Omega Swirl½ cup strawberries, sliced

Directions:TOOLS: High-speed blender; food processor • Soak almonds in water for a minimum of 8 hours, rinsing and replacing water at least twice. Keep in

refrigerator if soaking goes beyond 8 hours, and refresh water often. Rinse after soaking. Dehydrate at 105 degrees 18-24 hours, or until almonds break apart easily.

• Soak cashews in water for a minimum of 4 hours on counter top. If overnight, place in refrigerator. Rinse after soaking.

• Place almonds in food processor. Blend until mealy. Do not over process.• Add vanilla extract, pinch of salt, and one date at a time while processor is running.• Line springform pan with almond mixture. Press in firmly on bottom and sides of pan.• In high-speed blender add cashews, lemon juice, almond milk, agave nectar, vanilla extract, and salt.

Blend at high speed until creamy smooth.• Add lecithin and coconut butter. Blend at high speed until well mixed.• Pour into springform pan. Chill for four hours before serving.• Garnish with dots of Omega Swirl and strawberries.

CHEF’S NOTE: Keeps, refridgerated in an airtight container, 3 days. May be frozen for 2 months.

Directions:Place avocados, rapadura sugar, cacao, water, vanilla extract, and sea salt in blender. Blend until mixed.Squirt Essential Woman Chocolate Raspberry Omega Swirl into raspberries. Garnish with 5 raspberries per serving.
