Option 3:

A Quick Dip

While you wait for the donut holes to thaw, prepare your favorite icing according to

manufacturer’s directions. Take a donut hole and dip it into the icing so that only about

half of the donut is coated.

Place the donut hole on wax paper, icing-side-up. Only coat

half of a dozen at a time to ensure that the icing does not set before

you can add other toppings.

Lightly dust your chocolate-

iced donut holes in

powdered sugar.

Or sprinkle on multi-colored

candies.

Allow the icing to set before placing

the donut holes on the kabob. Make

sure you snip off the sharp end of the

skewer to prevent any customer from

hurting him or herself.
