1. HOW TO MAKE PIZZADOUGH FOR 2 MEDIUMPIZZASBy: Susie CHONGTHAWEEPHOL 9A YELLOW
2. INGREDIENTS 250g strong white bread flour 1 lever teaspoon fine sea salt 3.5g dry yeast 1 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 160ml lukewarm water*Makes 2 medium sized pizzas 3. 1. Pour 150ml of water in abowl and microwave it for 30 s.*The water must be 37C or lukewarm or the yeast will die 4. 2. Pour 3.5g of yeast in the cupof water*Dont throw away the white cap on the yeast bottle 5. 3. Add 1tsp of sug ar and 1tbsp of olive oil into yeast and water mixture 6. 4. In another bowl, sift 250g off lour while measuring 7. 5. Add 1tsp of salt into bowlof f lour 8. 6. Make a small hole in middleof f lour mixture and pour yeastmixture into hole 9. 7.Knead dough and add f lour when dough is stick y*Dont add too much flour or you cannot knead the dough**Knead the dough with one hand***Flip the dough over and knead 10. 8. After kneading put in a bowland g et a cloth, soak with war m water and cover the top of the bowl 11. 9. Put bowl in a dark and war m place and wait 1 hour for the yeast to g row 12.
