Here is a list of the ingredients you will need:For the crust•Plain cookies (300 gr)•Molten butter (100 gr)•Molten semi-sweet chocolate (100 gr)

For the f i l l ing•Bittersweet chocolate (300 gr)•Semi-sweet chocolate (150 gr)•Heavy whipping cream (300 ml)

For the whipping cream•Heavy whipping cream (200 gr)•Powder sugar (1 tbsp)•Vanilla (1 tsp)

The quantities that are referenced above will produce two tarts that will fill a 9 inch round tray

each.

Process

Use a food processor to grind-up the cookies into fine crumbs.

Then, add the butter and chocolate and mix until the mix is well blended. Press the mixture into a 9 inch tart pan.

Leave it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.Prepare the filling. Broil the heavy cream and add it in with the chocolate. Wait for a couple of minutes and then stir the mixture slowly until it becomes a nice thick chocolate sauce. Spread the chocolate sauce evenly over the top of your crust.

Put back into the refrigerator and leave it there for at least 3 hours. You are now able to decorate your chocolate tart! Beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until the mixture becomes very thick, almost yogurt like in texture. You can either spread the whipping cream evenly over the top of your tart or then add cherries, or you can just make small designs with it. Whatever you decide to do, it will taste great!
