<ul><li> 1. How to make achocolate fondantBy Anon</li></ul> <p> 2. Ingredients Serves 2 50g/2oz of unsalted butter. (Plus extra forgreasing) 3tsp of Cocoa Powder 75g Plain chocolate (at least 70% Cocoa solids) 1 egg 60g/2 and a half (oz) of caster sugar 50g/2oz of plain flower Handful of strawberries (about a quarter of a pun net per person) Icing Sugar (A sprinkle) Clotted Cream (A tub ) 3. Steps1First of all heat the Oven to 180C/160c fan/gas 4. Butter 2small preferably metal ramekins/pudding bowls and dust withcocoa powder remove excess Cocoa on the bowls.2Slowly melt the chocolate and butter over a pan filled withwater, in a separate bowl whisk the egg, egg yolk and sugartogether (after adding it in of course!)3Add the chocolate and butter mix to the eggs and sugar! Siftthe flour in and fold in your mixture!!! Spoon the mix into yourramekins and put into the oven for 14 minutes. 4. More steps4Meanwhile cut your strawberries in half andadd a spoonful of clotted cream!
