Step 1. Position yourself on the parent document (but do not mark it)

and hit the PDF Converter toolbar icon.

Once the conversion job is complete, a Single PDF file will be created

containing a bookmarks view (with parent-child relationship preserved)

Another available alternative is to select Separate PDF files in a folder structure in Step 2,

select the destination folder and the naming rule, and start the conversion job.

In this case, the parent-child relationships will be saved by creating

a folder on the hard disk for each parent-document. If a child-document

has its own responses, those will be placed in a sub-folder.

Note: Parent-child document relationships can also be saved when exporting multiple documents, by selecting the All documents, Individual categories or Individual folders types of PDF export (and

checking the Include child responses check-box).

What we have done: We exported a single document with its child-

documents (responses) to a single PDF file with a bookmarks view and viewed the result.

We exported a single document with its child-documents (responses) to multiple PDFs on hard disk, with automatic creation of parent-child folders.
