How to find happiness in life

That is something we all struggle to do at times

No matter how good things are, life can be tough and it

can be difficult to keep a positive attitude throughout

those times

We have two tips that you can follow in order

to improve your happiness throughout

your life

Don’t spend time with people that are going to

bring you down

If your friends don’t make you feel better when you are around them

They don’t need to be your friends anymore

Remove yourself from these people and instead,

Surround yourself with positive friends that will encourage you and help you feel better when you are down

You don’t necessarily have to have a ton of friends to make

this work

In many cases, it is more effective to have a few very

close friends than to have too many friends that you are not

as close with

Choose your friends carefully and don’t concern yourself

with how many of them there are

If you don’t believe it, try for yourself
