An instant family

Responsibility not everyone would embrace

But he did it gladly

He Loved us

And never made us feel unwanted

He made us laugh

He took care of us

And he loved a woman more than life itself

When we had grown, he was so proud

He didn’t want to let us go

A grandfather, prouder than any

Grandpa would go to the ends of the earth for us kids

He worked hard to be sure we had everything we wanted

But he still took time to vacation

It’s been Eight years since we lost him

The hardest thing we ever had to do was to say goodbye

But time goes by, and life goes on

And our memories keep him alive

Life will never be the same without him

But he raised us right, so we will be okay

Thank you grandpa for everything you’ve given us, we
