• If you have good esteem you will likely attract friends

• If you have poor esteem, you will likely repel friends

• Go back over slides 8 through 15 and determine if you are a good or bad friend

• Then take the necessary steps to changing your behaviour

• YOU CAN BE A GOOD FRIEND IF YOU WORK AT IT!

WHAT KIND OF FRIEND ARE YOU?

Page 17: Friend or foe

• We all have the potential of being a great friend because we all have great abilities and skills.

• If we learn to love ourselves (not in a vain or egotistical way), we will be able to love other people and they will love us back

• Need to build our confidence and increase our esteem

• Need to change our perspective

IF YOU WANT FRIENDS, YOU HAVE TO BE A FRIEND

Page 18: Friend or foe

• Even if you are confident and have strong esteem, there will be people who won’t like you.

• About 10% of the people in the world will never like you even if you are the most likeable person because of personality conflicts and interests

• Always try to be the best person you can be – JUST BE YOURSELF!!

FACT: EVERYONE WILL NOT LIKE YOU
