Don’t Focus On Them!

Everyone talks about setting goals…

Nobody talks about how to achieve them…

Sandra Johnson

A beautiful girl...

I liked her…

But never dared to talk to her…

As in my mind it was always “Sandra is cute girl, she should be my girlfriend!”

I sent my friend to her one day on my behalf…

She rejected!!

After some months…

I shifted my classroom to hers

Took principal’s permission

Sat near Sandra !

We talked…

We laughed…

We became friends…

I proposed her…

She agreed!!

How that happened??

The focus was not on the goal…

It was on the Behavior necessary

to achieve that goal!!

If you want an A+ grade…

You just can’t write an A+ on your grade sheet

The teacher grades you...

So what can you do??

Study Hard!!

Goals are out of our control…They involve other people

Nobody is needed

for exercising behavior

but only you!!

What is the take away?

Focus on daily behavior…

Plan behavior for next day.

Surely one day the goal is achieved!
