Definition: physical maltreatment or sexual molestation of a child

Mal-Treatment

Definition: mistreatment of a minor

Example: Physical (Bruises or Fractures), Psychological (Spurning, Terrorizing, Exploiting, etc.)

Sexual Molestation

Definition: Inappropriate sexual acts committed against children at the hands of adults.

Example: Fondling, Indecent Exposure, Penetration (oral, anal or genital), etc.
