CHRITSMAS BISCUITS

Ingredients:

Beat the butter,sugar,flour,ground

nuts and cinnamon.

Roll the dough into a ball.

Cover with cellophane.

Put in the fridge for one hour.

Roll out dough.

Cut into star shapes.

With a straw,make 5 holes in the

biscuits.

Put on baking tray.

Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.

Make jam sandwiches with the biscuits.
