Ingredients 1/8 cup chopped dried Cherries 1/4 cup dried Currants 1/4 cup Brandy 1/2 cup Pecans 1/2 cup Walnuts 1/2 cup Almonds 3 Egg
2 cups All Purpose Flour1 cup Butter1 cup Brown Sugar1/8 tsp Baking Powder1/8 tsp Salt1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon1/4 cup Raisins

Steps:Step 1: Take a large bowl and place dried cherries, currants, walnuts, almonds, pecans, raisins and brandy in a container. Mix and stir them well then keep it for at least 24 hours in airtight containerStep 2: In a medium bowl combined all purpose flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and set aside. In other bowl beat egg and set asideStep 3: Take a large bowl beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Now add beated egg, flour mixture and make a smooth batter

Step 4: Add soaked fruits in batter and mix wellStep 5: Take a square cake pan, lightly grease it with the butter then line its sides and base with non-stick baking paper. Sift the batter in it and spread evenlyStep 6: Preheat oven to 275 F. Bake the cake for 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out cleanStep 7: Remove the cake from oven and sprinkle brandy on it. Allow to cool and serve
