Personal Reflection Exercises...By managing the easy tasks first, I cangain momentum and self-confidence.

By managing the easy tasks first, Ican gain momentum andself-confidence.

Every goal can be divided into a list oftasks. Each day, whether at home or work, includes a variety of missions toaccomplish. By starting with the easytasks and completing them quickly, Iam well on my way to achieving mygoals.

Completing easy tasks first builds forwardmomentum that sustains me. And witheach success, I gain an even greaterconfidence in my ability. I find I'm "on aroll" and strive to maintain it as long aspossible with every project.

When I get stuck on a particular item onmy to-do list, I simply rearrange theremaining tasks so I can tackle some easyones again. Once I complete a couple ofthe easier ones, I am off again towardsuccess!

Momentum is an awesome force. It's like asnowball rolling down a mountain. Once itgets going, it rolls faster and faster, gettingbigger and bigger as it catapults down themountain. Yet all it takes to get it started isone little push!

Scheduling the easy tasks first is likegiving myself that one little push toget me started. Then, once I get going, Igain extra energy from the momentum. Each task I complete adds to the force thatkeeps me going.

Today, I choose to be like the snowball, gaining more energy and confidence as Iroll through my day. I am unstoppable!Nothing can stop me from success becauseI know that, with my confidence andcourage, I can overcome any obstacle thatarises in my path.

Self-Reflection Questions:

2. Do I jump into my daily routine withsome easy tasks to give memomentum?

3. Am I stuck with a particular task? What easy task can I accomplish toget me moving again?
