Introduction Thanks for purchasing a copy of this report! In this report are fifteen new and old list building tactics we’ve gathered since 2008 up to and including 2012. Many of the same things that we were discovering in 2009 still work today, but some don’t work as well. We’re only going to share what's working RIGHT NOW. When we do discuss older tactics, we’ll tell you about how well they work RIGHT NOW and how we are using them TODAY. I’ll tell you which ones have added the most subscribers. Don’t look at this as a written report, look at it as life changing knowledge.

It doesn’t matter the media of the message. It doesn’t matter if it’s on audio. It doesn’t matter if it’s on video. It doesn’t matter if it’s in a PDF (which it is, of course). List building has been the primary key to internet success over the years. The first thing you need to know: doing business and generating profits depends on a constant flow of new prospects. Begin by setting a target or goal of something like 250 subscribers per day. You are probably shocked. That’s a lot of subscribers, You may think achieving that goal is going to be too expensive. Well, it is true, there are great paid lead sources; but, there are also very good free ones that you can use to build your list and generate the 250 subscribers daily. Once you’ve achieved that goal, it then becomes a matter of focusing on converting them. You’ve no doubt heard the expression “rinse and repeat”. It just means doing the list building strategies you are doing over and over and over and experiencing the same outcomes.

Converting these leads from prospects to customers is another subject and that’s not what

we’re about here. Today, it is all about generating leads. Here is a fundamental truth. The highest conversions will come from the people who are the newest on your list. THE FRESHEST names are the best names. Leads do get stale. The older leads get, the less responsive they become. This is particularly true if you are into affiliate marketing. On the other hand, if you’ve created your own original product or you do classes and webinars, you may find that some of your older subscribers are the most profitable subscribers. They know you and, if you are marketing high quality information or products, they’ve grown to trust you. As an affiliate, it’s different; you are just a referral agent. You don’t have that retention. That is why I’m starting to create more and more products now, even though I have definitely profited over the years as an affiliate. Most of us do start as affiliates. After all, the product owner has to do all the heavy lifting. They have to make the sale, deliver the product, deal with refunds and so on. Since your job is to send quality names to the owner, your focus should be on fresh leads and keeping your leads coming in on a daily basis. There is something magical about the goal of 250 leads daily. When you realize the conversion rate can range from .05% to 5%, you might only get commissions on just a few sales per day. With 250 leads a day, you’ll generate sales daily. Nothing is more demoralizing than checking your account on Clickbank and seeing lots of zero days. Product creators get leads from many other affiliates so their math is quite different from yours. Let’s go ahead and learn how to get to that magic number.

Public and Private JV Giveaways Jason Glover, my favorite guru, turned me on to this. This first approach is Joint Venture giveaways. A giveaway is where a group of contributors come together and offer their gifts to site visitors.

The site visitors join the giveaway as members for free. They, then, check out the list of free products, select and download a few items. You can participate as a contributor. Here’s how: Simply put, you give a product with a value of $17 to $39 away for free.(Well, not really free because the customer has to provide you with a name and email address.) Don’t have a product? Not a problem. The internet is loaded with quality items you can use, if you do a little research. Find a giveaway site is relatively simple. For example, you can go to newjvgiveaways.com anytime you want and jump in on any of many JV giveaways. Once you have selected your gift to give away and you’ve signed up as a contributor, then what? First, you have to develop a description of your wonderful free product so people will select it. Further, your obligation is to promote the giveaway site through emails, ads, banners or whatever method you choose. All the contributors will be doing the same which means thousands of people seeking free stuff will be visiting the site. Assuming you have developed an attractive product and written a compelling blurb, lots of potential customers will pick your product and give you, in return, their contact info. These programs are very effective since many want to get something of value for FREE! Something new has surfaced since 2011 called the private giveaway. There are a lot of little private giveaways taking place all over the internet. Here’s how they work: You go to contributors you’ve discovered on other giveaway sites and invite them to start a private JV giveaway with you. You should aim for 5 to 10 people as contributors in your private giveaway. You close the giveaway and no one else can join as a contributor. The people who are contributors are responsible for generating all the traffic to the giveaway. There is a WordPress plug-in that you can use to host your own private giveaways called WP Venture. Do a search on Google for WP Venture. The program is being sold on the Warrior Forum at a remarkedly low price. Just the fact that I’m pointing you in that direction is pretty valuable. If you’re just starting out and you have no money to spend on ads, participating in giveaways is a really good way to start. This method works effectively to add that first 10, 50, 100 subscribers to your list fairly quickly.

Some of these giveaways get up to 30,000 visitors checking their sites out. You will get your share of the visitors selecting your enticing product. What happens, of course, is the host of the giveaway will get the most subscribers. They’re putting the giveaway with all the contributors and setting the dates, and then once the giveaway is live, all the contributors send traffic to the JV giveaway main page, and the host is going to get all the visitors onto their list. The prospect or member who just joined will probably see a one-time offer or some kind of offer before they get to see all the different gifts available to them (including yours). So when you’re hosting and promoting one of these JV giveaways, you can gather tons of email names. Obviously, with some experience, you may want to begin hosting JV giveaways yourself. If you’re just starting out and you don’t have much money to buy traffic, this may be one technique you’ll want to master. The truth is, if you became just a master of one of these methods I am going to show you, you’ll generate all the leads you’ll ever need. Let me say that again. If you become the master of just one of these methods I'm going to share with you then you will generate all the leads you’ll ever need. So why not do something like JV giveaways? You can do public ones, you can do private ones, and you can host ones and make the real money. I’ll be hosting a couple myself and that’s where I generated the most leads. You could generate 10,000 leads in one day, 20,000 leads in one day from contributors blasting traffic to your own giveaway. So just think about that. Jump headfirst into the world of JV giveaways as a contributor to begin with and one day soon you may be hosting your own JV giveaways.

Solo Ads The next list building tactic I want to talk about is solo ads. Solo ads can generate 100s of leads in just a few days. Solo ads are inexpensive, they’re effective and very easy because you don’t have to worry about landing page quality or paying by the click and following your ads so as not to exceed your budget. I’ve made that mistake!. What you’re getting is an ad that goes out to a subscriber list, so whenever you buy a solo ad; For example, say you buy a solo ad for $300 for 1,000 clicks to your site, you pay 30 cents per click to your site and you know exactly how many clicks are going to come to your site and the guy who sends you a solo ad sends an ad out to his email list recommending your free gift or your website. In a way, they’re transferring their authority and reputation over to you. This is the most effective way of generating traffic right now. A great resource for you to check out for both solo ads and ad swaps is www.safe-swaps.com. If you can afford the investment, this is a very effective for anybody to build a list with quality names. The key to profitable solo ads is your sales funnel. As I have said repeatedly (because it bears repeating), you need to have a squeeze page that that gives away something. After the person signs up for your list, they are transported to the download page to pick up their freebee. Be sure to put an offer to buy whatever product you are promoting on the page. That’s called an upsell. Since you paid to get the names, this is an opportunity to make a few sales and pay for the ads. That way you can profit directly even before you even get the subscribers on your list. With many solo ads you won’t necessarily profit up front. However, if you have chosen a product that converts well, you will make a profit on the backend over time by sending your offers to the subscriber list. Many companies are willing to pay a lot of money in advertising upfront and even lose money on the front end because they know they’re going to make money on the backend with their

follow up marketing, and that is what email marketing is all about.

Ad Swaps So let’s move on to ad swaps. Ad swaps are where you send out an ad to your list promoting someone else’s squeeze page and then someone else does the same for you to their list. So it’s similar to solo ads except for no one is buying anything; you’re just trading ads. Ad swaps are less effective now because everyone discovered ad swaps and starting to do it. As a consequence, too many people are over-mailing their lists with ad swaps. Too many ad swaps inevitably leads to lower response rates from the subscribers. Unfortunately, retention rates are going down, click thru rates are going down, but you can still generate hundred’s of leads per day. The key to profiting from ad swaps is the same key to profiting with solo ads, which is your sales funnel. So if you’ve got a good sales funnel, you can use it for your ad swaps. Also, ad swaps are a great way to test your sales funnel before you start buying something like solo ads. You’re probably going to get less quality leads from ad swaps than you are solo ads, yet it’s still a good indication of whether your sales funnel will convert traffic into sales. That’s what’s necessary to profit with ad swaps since you’re not promoting anything that’s going to be making money directly for you; you’re promoting someone else’s squeeze page, so you’re relying on the traffic coming from the JV partner’s list to your sales funnel. Depending on your sales funnel, you can do ad swaps every single day if you want to, become the master of ad swaps and just tweak your sales funnel and have very good business there. You don’t want to overcomplicate marketing. This kind of thinking is really profitable if you could get super focused. Think about how simple this business is.

1. You put together a sales funnel.

2. You do ad swaps every day.

3. You test and tweak your sales funnel every day until you’re converting the maximum

amount of visitors who land on your page. No matter what anyone says, that in itself is a business. It is a great way to simplify. I have a daily routine. I try to simplify more every day until what I am doing is extremely simple to implement. Recently, I’ve been doing more solo ads because I’ve found I’m getting the best returns from them. With a limited budget, I would start with JV giveaways until I’d generated 100 subscribers or so, then I would move to www.safe-swaps.com and I would start ad swapping.

Click Banking There’s also another thing I would do, if I didn’t have any money and only a small list. If you have a list of 100 people or 1,000 people, you could start doing what’s called click banking. It has nothing to do with ClickBank.com. Go to a marketer with a huge list and say, “I will send you 100 clicks or some figure you can deliver over the course of this month (clicks mean visitors), What I’d like you to do is return those clicks in a single mailing after I’m done.” If they agree, they will give you a tracking link to use on all your emails. Work hard to build your traffic to them through that link. When you’re ready to collect on your accumulated clicks, ask them to deliver on their side of the deal. They will send you as many as you sent them. This is very similar to ad swaps, as you can see, but I think it is better for small list owners. They can just focus on sending traffic to one big marketer without having to set up all kinds of ad swap deals. This isn’t the best advice for product creators, but for new affiliate marketers it works wonderfully well. You are getting exposure to high quality names and your conversions will reflect that.

For product creators, you live by your list and you may well benefit more by focusing on paid methods plus getting affiliates to promote your stuff. That’s my opinion based on experience and that’s why, of course, you are paying me. Beginning affiliate marketers, usually don’t have a ton of products to promote to their list. It’s all about fresh lead flow, I mentioned in the beginning of this report. The names you’ll receive as a result of the swap will be fresh (and hopefully eager). Ad swaps and click banking are the mother load of free, fresh lead flow.

Free WSOs WSO stands for Warrior Special Offers. And this is another method I’ve been doing since 2008 or so. I like to run free WSOs. I give away freebies or gifts, if you would, on the Warrior Forum, Check it out at WarriorForum.com and I give away the quality products on the Warrior Special Offers forum in exchange for opt-ins. Please note: There is a difference in lead quality in the Warrior Forum and the leads you’ll get from ad swaps, click banking, and solo ads. Warrior Forum traffic is conditioned to buying lower priced products. Therefore, your sales funnel is a lot different for free WSOs than it is for ad swaps, click banking, or solo ads. The WSO funnels, for one, get a freebie on the squeeze page. The One Time Offer that follows is a $10 offer, followed by another $10 OTO and yet another $10 offer. We keep the price at $10 or less because we know they like to buy $10 or less items. With ad swaps, click banking, and solo ads, respondents get the free gift and a $9 offer. We follow that with a $97 OTO. Depending on the response we know how to tailor future offers. Selling a $97 product to Warrior Forum members is just not going to happen, unless it is some sort of special turn-key product or a product worth many times the $97 price. The bottom line is respondents are not an homogenous group. There are real differences in the respondents. Remember, they are people to with their own likes, needs and goals.. Previously, you may recall we were talking about how you can make a business just by focusing on one thing.

Page 11: An Insider's Hints for Building Lists That Work

11 | P a g e

Well, here is just that kind of business. Think about this. This is all you need to do is to run free WSOs. Let’s say you have six or seven free WSOs offering six or seven different freebies you’ve created. You can rotate those on a once a day basis. So, you’re launching a new WSO every day, but they giveaway one of your six or seven freebies. You can build your list with that method. Your sales funnel will get you close to breaking even or, perhaps, even making a profit right away on the front end. It’s In the backend from which you will make lasting profits. This model works. . . I’ve done this model before. But, you see... I get bored with doing the same thing over and over again so I try different models. I love to simplify things and go at them with a very narrow focus. Today, I might be buying a lot of solo ads and doing what I described in the Solo Ads section. but just months ago, I was buying a lot of free WSOs and trying to get as many leads as I could with that method. So once you done a particular technique for a while, you learn to tweak it, sharpen the narrow focus and simplify the process, everything becomes clear and you can make a lot of money just focusing on that specific method .

I know you’ve seen the above every time you use a search engine. There is, however, a better approach. Read on.

PPV/CPV List building It is through something called Pay Per View or Cost Per View advertising. This is a very effective way to generate hundreds of leads per day. Sadly, though, these ads are not free. Still, one of my friends uses this approach and generates around 1,000 leads a day. Personally, we’ve only generated 25 leads or so per day doing this. But, that’s happening on autopilot with very little involvement from us. And, after all, As I mentioned before, each name is worth $1 per month, so $25 times 30 days is $750 per month. Not too bad for a hands-free system. Obviously, since dollars are involved, companies spring up to help you. One we like is leadimpact.com and check out their demo video. These ads are more like a pop up. You’re paying for these ads to pop up on people’s sites, and it’s run by Google. It is software based. You can put your ad on any URL on the internet as long as the user has the software installed on their computer. So this allows you to bid on different URL’s online. You can see how this could be popular and profitable? Because you could even bid on your competitor’s URL’s. You could bid on so many different URL’s it’s not even funny.

Page 13: An Insider's Hints for Building Lists That Work

13 | P a g e

So for people who are spending gobs and gobs of money on PPC, you can take those URL’s they’re using for their landing pages, plug it into lead impact and be bidding for ad space for those URL’s through the software. One place to learn more about PPV and CPV is cpvden.com. It can be a nice little lead flow generator that’s different from the other lead flow sources you might be generating leads from right now. You can generate tons and tons of traffic for a lot less money with this method, but the traffic won’t be as responsive because they didn’t click thru to your ad. Because they didn’t click through to your ad, it’s kind of like an annoying pop up that comes in their face but it’s all legal and they know they’re getting pop ups in exchange for using the software that they’re using. It’s an agreement they made before downloading the software they’re using on their computer. A company, like leadimpact.com, will say, “You can use this software, which has huge value in exchange for being able to run an ad on your computer 5 times per day.” So instead of charging for the software each month, they get the software for free, but they have to see ads and this is where your ads can get in front of their face. You can get in front of millions of people for .017 cents each time your ad is shown; that’s a fraction of a penny. But like I said with other techniques you might get a high opt-in rate on your squeeze page of as such as 10%. For some ad sources, 10% is very good. However, on some ad sources, 10% is horrible. For some ad sources, like solo ads, for example, 30% is very good. It might even be as much as 60%. But with PPV advertising, 1-2% could be good, just depending on how much money you’re spending, how much money you’re making up front and how much money you’re making on the backend. But, keep in mind, because you can get traffic so cheap, it doesn’t mean that traffic is created equal to other techniques. Because visitors haven’t clicked through any targeted advertising, the traffic responsiveness

14 | P a g e

will be far than opting into your squeeze page. The point is... all that matters is your ROI, not your opt-in rate... because your opt-in rate is always going to be different depending on where your traffic source.

Bartering For Leads Bartering for leads is a really great way to generate the highest quality leads you can generate besides having your own product and having an affiliate program. In actuality, it is almost the same or identical to that, except for you are NOT selling your own product. Here's how it works... Go to an online marketer, bigger than you, who does product launches. You could just go to someone who does WSOs. If they do WSOs often, you can say this, “I’ll do customer service for your launch,” or “I’ll write the sales page for your launch,” or “I’ll create bonuses for your launch,” or “I’ll help create the products for your launch,” or “I’ll help create buzz using social media for your launch,” or “I’ll help get JV’s on board for your launch” or, “I’ll do (something) for your launch in exchange for leads.” So you’re not asking for money, you’re asking for leads. You’re not asking for them to export leads to you; you are asking them to place some kind of

Page 15: An Insider's Hints for Building Lists That Work

15 | P a g e

bonus of yours on their opt-in page. It is really up to their customer to decide to sign up with you, as well. On one of my barters, the list owner had placed several of his bonuses on the sign-up page. I was able to included a couple of my offerings with his. Of course, on the download page there was a link to my squeeze page to collect my promoted bonuses. On the page after the squeeze page was the download page for the bonuses. I didn’t send them through any kind of sales funnel, but the thing is, you get a list of red-hot buyers when you do this. I’m talking about scorching hot buyers. The first week being on his list, I was sure to use my highest converting product. I can’t emphasize enough how valuable those visitors are, (you have gained their trust by coat-tailing on the reputation of the big guy, so they will be responsive). I used products for which I had Private Label Rights. Something to think about. How do these methods work? Three of tactics we’ve already mentioned worked superbly!! 1. Solo ads; 2. Ad swaps and 3. Click banking. And, I did click banking on a big scale. Bartering for leads was another huge, huge tactic that I’ve done before, but it does require more work and a network of contacts. That’s probably why I am not doing much of it these days, but it does work like a charm. It is an evergreen tactic. It’s not going anywhere and It will always be effective. I like it because it doesn’t rely on Google and as I’m sure you know Google marches to their own drummer. They can change what they are doing overnight and you can be out of business just that quickly.

Your Own Affiliate Program Another way to generate red-hot quality leads is by having your own affiliate program.

Page 16: An Insider's Hints for Building Lists That Work

I’ve mainly generated leads through using Rapid Action Profits. A lot of people in recent days have moved on to other scripts, such as Warriorplus.com, WSO Pro or JVZoo.com or DigiResults.com, but I like trusty old Rapid Action Profits. It may cost $197, whereas I bought it for something like $297. It’s always being updated so it’s not out of date with technology or anything, but the reason why I like Rapid Action Profits over any other is two-fold. I paid a one-time-only fee to own it and I use it over and over and over. On some other sites, you may not have an upfront fee, but they take out fees for every sale you make so you end up paying a lot more than you would pay with that one-time fee to RapidActionProfits.com. With WSO Pro, for example, you pay a fee every time you want to start a WSO with it. Since I intend to repeat successful programs, it just makes economic sense to pay once and be done with it. This is just my personal opinion and preference. What I’m about to tell you with Rapid Action Profits vs. the other solutions is fundamental. With Rapid Action Profits, you have complete control. Once you show people your affiliate program, their only option is to promote you. This is critical. Whenever I launch a product on Rapid Action Products, at the bottom of the screen I have a statement saying, “Affiliates make 100% commissions.” They click and sign up for my affiliate program through Rapid Action Profits. They, now, can get their link and begin selling the product. Should I use the other programs, and I put a link at the bottom saying, “Sign up here to promote my product,” they go to some affiliate network, and quite possibly end up promoting some other product. In fact, they could get lost trying in the sea of products trying to find mine; they give up and not promote any product at all. Another important consideration: The best kind of affiliate program is to have an instant

Page 17: An Insider's Hints for Building Lists That Work

17 | P a g e

PayPal commission affiliate program like the ones I’ve been talking about. You can also use something like ClickBank, but they don’t permit you to pay 100% commissions. With these other programs, you can give away 100% commissions, which is really attractive on the front end to affiliates, and then you can give 50% commission on the one-time offer, for example. You’re making money off sales, but you are attracting affiliates that you don’t have to ethically bribe to promote for you. When you’re giving away 100% commissions, in my mind, you’re not going to owe anything to the affiliates for promoting you because you already paid 100% commissions. And, remember, those leads you get right away are going to be red-hot leads.

Exit Popups An exit pop up script will add about 10% opt-in rate to any website. You’ve probably seen these and, I grant you, they’re pretty annoying. You can get one at exitsplash.com. Here’s how they work! When someone tries to leave your page, a pop up appears that says, “Here's a quick chance to get this freebie,” or whatever ad you want there. Depending on how aggressive you want to be, you can have multiple exit pop ups that lead to different squeeze pages. I did an aggressive launch with a marketer by bartering for leads. I decided it would probably be most profitable to do a squeeze page for a single offer that pops up once. If the potential customer doesn’t take that offer, have a squeeze page that pops up for another offer. If they don’t take that offer then another squeeze will pop up for another offer. So it will be three squeeze pages popping up in a row for different offers. A real pain for the visitor but you will be surprised at how many leads get added onto

Page 18: An Insider's Hints for Building Lists That Work

18 | P a g e

your list. Here’s the scenario. The first squeeze page pops up and you get 10% opt-in rate on that; You just got 10% of the traffic to sign up on your list. But if the visitor chooses NOT to take that offer, another offer pops up. Say you get 7% on that popup, well, that’s an extra 7% added to your list! And, if the visitor still doesn’t take that particular offer, another offer pops up. Maybe 5% op-in to that offer. All together you’ve got 22% more people signing up for your list. Wow, that’s almost as good as a decent converting squeeze page. Would I risk annoying the freebee seeker to add additional 22% to my list? You bet, I would. Sadly, like many ideas, exit pop ups are getting less effective over time because they’ve been used and abused so much. It's similar to “ad blindness.” What’s next? Experienced marketers will likely stop using exit pop ups for a while. After some time passes, they will start using them again and they will be just as effective as they were before. You’ll notice certain tactics will be working well, but, after a while, they stop working as well. Consequently, people stop using them. Later, someone starts using them again and talking about how profitable it is to use it and then everyone all of a sudden is using it again. Timing and a sense of what is working in the marketplace is very important.

Reverse Opt-in Form Another way sign up an additional 10% to your list is by using a reverse opt-in form. This is where someone clicks on the “Add to Cart” button or an “Order Now” button and then you have a page between your sales page and your order form. That in between page will be a Step 1 of 2 order confirmation form. So at the top is will say, “Step 1 of 2 Order Confirmation,” then they’ll have to put in their email address to continue.

You want to grab the email address here so that everybody who buys your product is put on a special buyer’s list. Also, many of the people who bail and don’t buy do complete the form. These are very high quality subscribers to have on your list. Quite a few people who will buy, but for some reason can’t buy the day they received the offer. You can see how all these leads will add up if you’re promoting to a squeeze page or a sales page. That’s something to think about because when you have all these affiliates hammering your page, a lot of their traffic might not want to buy the product that you have, but there will be people who buy products that you may be able to sell later. Because if you’re getting 22% opt in rates from doing exit pop ups and you’re getting 10% from doing reverse opt in forms, you are generating an extra 33% of people to your subscriber list during a launch. And that’s not bad!

Buying Ad Space Direct From Webmasters Let’s talk a bit about buying ad space directly from webmasters. This can be done easily by going to different webmasters who have forums in your market, and asking how much it would cost to run an ad at the top of their page. First of all, ask “How much is your AdSense ad making you on a daily basis?” Chances are you’re going to have more money to spend than they’re currently making on the ad from AdSense. For example, they say, “Well I’m generating 200 people to my site every day, but I’m only making $3.00 in AdSense per day.” Let’s assume you had an ad that has a 10% click thru rate, you can send those people to your page for the same amount of money. Tell the webmaster you want to take a test run on their page by advertising your ad in place of their Google ad. Pay them by PayPal and with an offer like this, “Will you run this ad one day and we’ll see how much money I make,” and you pay him $5 instead of the $3.00 he would have made from AdSense. You get a chance to see what happens when you run your ad on their site for that day. See

how many opt ins you get, how much in sales in commissions you did you make from your sales funnel, and determine whether it’s profitable or not. If it’s profitable, go back to the webmaster and offer to rent that ad space from him for a month, for x amount of dollars,” or whatever is equivalent to $5.00 a day. You can grow this idea easily. Go to some real busy forum, for example, and do the same thing –(we're talking about bigger numbers here). I might cost you $50 for a one day test. Assuming positive and profitable results, expand the program. Just rinse and repeat. That’s traffic you don’t have to touch. That’s just autopilot traffic hitting your page. You can run it on a weekly basis or whatever basis you can afford. These webmasters want to make more money on their sites and you are willing to pay them more than Google. They’re making piss poor profits from AdSense. Actually, in the internet marketing space, WarriorForum.com has an option to run an ad at the top of the forum for $100 a day. They run something like eight different spaces a day so yours would rotate with seven different advertisers. If you are in the internet marketing niche, that’s a very good way place to test. Why not test an ad and see how internet marketers respond before you go and promote something on the broader market. Run a $100 ad and see what happens. Chances are you might get at least 100 clicks of traffic, or even 50 to 100 opt-ins. If you just make one sale @ $100 you’ll break even. You never know. You never know until you try. What I like about this particular media buying approach; it’s very easy traffic you don’t have to work hard to get, you only need to monitor your metrics.

Nested Squeeze Page On Blog Here’s a tactic for generating a lot of leads from a blog.

I actually built my first list of 1,000 subscribers this way in the guitar niche before I even got into the broader internet marketing niche. It’s so easy. Maybe your blog is generating 100, 200, 300 visitors per day because you’re cranking quality content out on a daily basis. Even if you don’t try to target certain keywords on your site, it’s pretty easy to start generating 200 to 300 visitors per day just by cranking out good content and ranking it for long tail search terms without even trying to. Here’s what you do: Take your squeeze page, and nest it at the top and center of the blog. So, before the visitor actually sees the blog, they see your squeeze page. You can nest it up there using an image and an opt in box, if you want. You’ll be surprised at the opt-in rate you can get from that. Let’s say your site isn’t really very interactive; it’s really difficult to get a site with a lot of interactivity. Perhaps, your site just has a lot of traffic coming to it and doesn’t really have people interacting. That doesn’t matter with your squeeze page up front. One of the best ways to generate leads form a blog is to nest a squeeze page front and center. Another way is by using Robert Plank’s WordPress Plug-Ins. One is called Action Opt-In. This is where you can put an opt-in bar on your side bar that you go opt-in to. Once they opt-in to it, the form will disappear and say, “Thanks for subscribing,” and keep the people on the blog they’re on. One is Action Pop-Up, which is a fade in window that fades into your site and asks for the opt-in there in exchange for a freebie or whatever you’re offering. The other is Action Comments, which is where if someone comments on your blog, they check a check box and it automatically subscribes them to your list.

You can get all three, I believe, in one purchase from Robert Plank if you go to Actionoptin.com or search on Google for Action Opt-In and you’ll probably find it. He’s always updating that.

Integrated Cross-Promotions The next way I want to talk about is using integrated cross-promotions. I think Mark Joyner coined the term integrated marketing. Well integrated cross-promotions are different kinds of cross promos that you have with your joint venture partners other than ad swaps, click banking, or anything like JV giveaways. These are different because these are integrated into your marketing on autopilot. What does that mean? Here’s an example, you might have a banner on your download page that leads to one of your JV partner’s squeeze pages and they have the same for you on their download page. That would be an example of an integrated cross- promotion. So instead of monetizing that part of your download page with an offer, what you’ll do is do an integrated cross-promotion with one of your joint venture partners. Another way is to cross promote your joint venture partner in your follow up series. In your email follow up series, maybe your fifth email in the follow up series will promote their squeeze page and their fifth email in their follow up series will promote your squeeze page. Another way is through P.S.’s of your emails that you send out. So when you’re sending out an email to your list, you can make a deal with one of your joint venture partners to always promote their squeeze page in their P.S. and they have to do the same for you. That’s another way to do it. Think about the power of integrated cross-promotion. You’re generating subscribers on autopilot by doing this.

You can add tons per day to your list or more, all on autopilot, by doing this with a set of joint venture partners or with just one. But just think about this; let’s say you have 10 joint venture partners and you’re going to do integrated joint venture cross-promotions with your follow up series of emails. Say all 10 of you in all 10 of your first follow up series emails, promote each other, visitors would be flying all over the place and going onto your list if you do that.

Viral PDF Reports The next tactic I want to talk about is using viral PDF reports. Write a little report 2 to 5 pages long. It needs to be rock solid in its content; it’s going to be a free report anyway, and you create a PDF report out of it. Inside the PDF report, make it clear the report is free to distribute. Of course, at the end of your PDF report, you put a link leading to your squeeze page. You might even place an entire ad leading to your squeeze page. Other people started using my free PDF reports with which to build their lists. So they would give my l reports away on their squeeze pages and I would end up with the subscribers who actually read the report and clicked thru at the end. The ones who do that end up being some of the highest quality leads you can get because they’ve just read one of your reports, and they clicked through at the end to get your freebie, and you’ve got them on your list. If you’re not sure how to do this, you can go to OpenOffice online. You can just type into Google, “OpenOffice” and download OpenOffice Writer. Open the program and write your report. It’s kind of like Microsoft Word, but it is free. When you are satisfied with your report, just “File” and export as a PDF. Once you do that, you have a PDF you can give away, and with clickable links inside the PDF you’ll have a viral report. It’s a little different than rebrandable reports.

If you have your own affiliate program, you can give affiliates a way to give cool content to their list and to promote you at the same time by offering a viral brandable rewritable report. This is a little bit different, a little more simplistic, and, if you give enough of these reports away, you find them showing up all over the place and generating new leads from all over.

Affiliate List Cross-Promotions The final thing I want to tell you about list building is using affiliate list cross-promotions. This, too, is very simple. Assume you have your own offer on Rapid Action Profits and you’ve developed a list of affiliates promoting your products. Here’s what you do. Go to other product owners who have affiliate lists and say, “I will tell my affiliate list about your affiliate program if you do the same for yours.” You might pick up some really good affiliates like that. As you add affiliates, that means more traffic heading into your paid offer, which means more people on your list of high quality. This is one of those tactics that kind of make you want to slap yourself in the head. Well, we’ve reached the end of our report. If you can’t make your $27 back with these ideas and recommendations, you may want to rethink what you are doing! Good luck!
