  • You need adequate sleep to crank through the day

    A good rule of thumb is to try and log 7-8 hours of sleep each night.

    Turn off your electronic devices about an hour before bed. All that extra light really messes with your brain.

    Start off with some kind of activity, whether it be a strenuous workout or walking the dog.
