This deck is still a work-in-progress, but I wanted to get it posted and will revise as it is tweaked. The New Year is a great opportunity to reflect, revise, refine, reframe and action-plan for the upcoming year. Many of the most successful big businesses and brands do this, and find great success by doing it. Over the years, I often wondered why not apply such a process, simplified of course, to our own personal lives? This deck is a simple, personal planning document that you can use to set you goals, objectives and actions for next year. Please note, this document is still being developed, and has some specific references that we are still translating to more general. Also, please note that the structure of this model, can be scaled to apply to broad stroke, big picture visioning or utilized on a more granular level, multiple levels down, so long as each level is tied back up to the higher parent level.
