• A robust global research community that focuses on innovations in

technology, management and policy that change the fabric of the

world’s cities

• Through purposeful networking and connected research, the

Consortium members come together to share ideas, new

knowledge, and research and practice innovations in the interest of

increasing opportunity for all those who live in and work in these

cities

• Based at the Center for Technology in Government, University at
