ACCOUNT: He continued walking to the barracks,

SYNOPSIS: On February of 1974 at approx. 11:30

PM, an 18 year old Marine PFC “John” was walking

back to the Naval Weapons Station (NWS) in

Yorktown, Virginia base from liberty in town. Once

in and about a quarter mile past the S3 entrance

guard post, he proceeded to tag on a road that cuts

through the wooded area of the base.

John: “I stopped walking, looked at my arms that were lite up, I turned my palms up, amazed I

looked up and saw a very large object, maybe 40-50 ft…what I thought was the bottom of a

craft”. The underside of the object was covered with what appears to be hundreds of small

lights, glowing fluorescent green and he described it as having a “bubble wrap” texture –

however, no noise was heard. Next, as waking from a daze, he finds himself continuing walking

towards the barracks yet the shadow he was now casting upon the ground was manifested by

the morning’s first light. More than five hours were unaccounted for!

Fast Forward today: He experienced mild waves of depressions and endured headaches since

the encounter. He also added that he visited a hospital to have his brain scanned and the doctor

did discover a dark spot that was located in the middle of both his left and right hemispheres but

nothing further was done from this diagnosis. Hypnosis is not an option at this time.

Historical Case

he was suddenly illuminated in a bright green light

piercing from above. He looked upward and saw a large

round object hovering above him, slightly higher than

the tall fir trees that surrounded him.

ACCOUNT: “BA” was stationed near a Marine Corps

Base, second floor apartment in Quantico, Virginia, with

her husband (a Marine Sergeant). One afternoon, she

recalls putting her 1 and 3 year old kids to bed for an

afternoon nap around 02:00 PM. While watching TV on

her sofa, BA became sleepy and turned off the TV to

rest herself. Shortly after, in a half-awaken state, she

heard what sounded like clicking noises near her ear

SYNOPSIS: Sometime in 1994, the witness

experienced a close encounter and communication with

entities; she was immobilized for about 5 minutes.

which she later described it as a beeping or water droplets sound. She managed to see

two small entities in uniform near her sofa but felt she was momentarily immobilized from

what she believed was controlled by a small, multi-colored buttoned remote device that

one of these creatures was holding in its hand - while pointing at her. Her vision was hazy

during this time also. She started to become very aggravated in this state and she also

sensed that they were communicating with her telepathically in English and they knew

she was very upset.

BA: “I feared for my children that were a few feet away in the other room sleeping, I

couldn't talk or move, but in my mind I could talk to them and they to me…the beings

weren't grey but they were brownish-green and seem to have the texture of plant-like,

seem organic, height of 3-1/2 to 4 feet tall. The uniforms were like the US Marine's gala

uniform, the same type of blue, yet had no markings, medals nor ranks”.

SYNOPSIS: On August 25, 2015, the main witness

“BR” saw an orange-colored "orb" slowly approaching

his location. This orb was also witnessed by several

people around him, about a dozen or so watching it

above.

CASE

ACCOUNT: On July 4th at 09:15 PM, the

witness “BR” was looking south in the general

direction of Dublin, VA, saw an orange orb

slowly approaching at a distance. The object

was brightly-illuminated that everyone could

clearly see it as stated by the witness. BR:

“This craft was clearly NOT a Chinese lantern,

a weather balloon, the planet Venus or the

other “usual suspects” trotted out after such

an event. It flew towards our position for

several minutes, before slowing down and

reversing direction-back towards the SE,

rather than along its initial path) before

suddenly disappearing…with regard to any

noises” (i.e., exhaust, sonic booms, etc.)

emanating from this aircraft, no discernible

noise was noticed.”

ACCOUNT: Deviating from his normal route, Jeff decided

to have a better look at this mysterious object. As he

approached Pulaski County High School on his right, he

made a left turn into Mountain View Drive subdivision then

slowly meandered towards the light. Stunned, Jeff pulled

over his old Chevy Cavalier to observe the bright disk that

was now motionless and completely silent as it was

SYNOPSIS: On Tuesday, September 27, 1994,

shortly after 09:00 PM, 19 year old “Jeff” left work

early that night and proceeded to head back home

but after a short drive, something in the night sky

caught his eye, what appeared to be a large star

moving across the horizon.

Historical Case

hovering right above a house. Suddenly, the disk emitted a bluish white beam over the roof

of this home! The witness was approximately 15 yards away looking upward and he

described the UFO as disk shaped, about 50 feet in diameter with multiple bright, white

lights that filled the whole base but with only one red light in its center. The beam projected

through what appeared to be a rectangular “window” located at the upper part of the craft.

Jeff: “Just wanted to add that I didn't know much about UFOs at the time this happened. The biggest thing that always bothered me about the sighting was the bluish white beam of light it was shining on the roof. It wasn't until years later that I found out that what I saw coincides with what a lot of people that claim to have been abducted have reported…it's been over 20 years since I witnessed that event but it's something that will be etched in my memory forever.”

ACCOUNT: Sometime during 2000, at approx. 10:00

PM, a witness allegedly observed strange lights over

an orchard while driving back from his in-laws near

Winchester, Virginia. He showed up a few hours later,

confused (this should have been a 20 minute drive).

SYNOPSIS: Sometime (the exact date unknown)

“Tom” was going home from his parents and saw

strange lights above an apple orchard. He lost 2

hours, and could not remember getting home.

The next day, he had to visit a hospital (Winchester Medical Center) because his eyes were

burning and very painful. Tom did share his strange sighting with his wife but refused to tell the

nurses/doctors how his eyes were affected during his emergency visit however, he wife did

quietly told one of the nurses about the lights that he saw the previous night. The doctor asked

him if he was “welding” something without eye protections but he said no.

Wife: “This was my first husband that this happened to. We are both remarried, and all of us

are close friends, and see and talk to each other on a regular basis. I had been debating

whether or not to submit this incident to MUFON. I did so because I feel it was important, and

needs to be recorded. I don't know if my ex-husband will talk about this or not. I don't

remember any other unusual marks on his body. ”

SYNOPSIS: On February 29, 2016, a government

agency employee was walking back from lunch and

caught something strange hovering at a distance.

ACCOUNT: At 11:45 AM, “Cliff” caught something with

the corner of his eye. As he turns towards northeast, his

attention was drawn upward by a strange sickle shaped

device that simply hung there above the tree line a few

yards away. The surface of this object was overall silver

in color with a small highly reflective oval shaped feature

on the upper part of this apparatus. At first, he thought it

was a kite but it was motionless!

Cliff: “As I put in my initial report, I thought it was a kite when I first observed it. However,

there was no lateral motion that you would normally see with a kite as it sways with the

wind. This object was steady holding in one spot.” The object at arm’s length was about

the size of a quarter, approximately 30 feet in diameter and he observed this fixed UAP

for about a minute then it shot straight up into the sky. He did not believe that this was a

drone. “I have a lot of experience with Drones. I was part of the development and fielding

efforts for Global Hawk and Predator. I also observed the small Drones used by my

Marines in Iraq in 2004 and programs such as Global Hawk, Predator, Hunter, EMALS

and more.”

Cliff also provided a drawing (above right) of what he saw that morning and please note the similarity of his drawing to the UFO sketch by pilot Kenneth Arnold June of 1947 sighting.

30SYNOPSIS: On February 28, 2016 at approx. 09:30

PM, the witness “PF”, wife and son were on their back

porch located in Centreville, Virginia, and as they were

relaxing in their hot tub, they all witnessed a V-shaped

object at a distance.

ACCOUNT: The chevron-shaped object silently gliding

towards their home, flying northerly from the south. As

the object passed above them, the main witness “PF”

estimate the size to be approximately as to a McDonnell

Douglas DC-9 plane and at an altitude of 500 – 700 feet

above ground. The sighting lasted about 8 seconds.

PF: “It flew in overhead from the south, traveling due north at a good clip. I definitely think it was a solid chevron shaped craft with a row of round orange colored lights on each side and not a formation of individual flying orbs, seemed too uniform for that…I admit I've always leaned toward believing in UFOs but never until that night witnessed one. We see a lot of aircraft in the area (private, commercial, military, helicopters, etc.) at all kinds of altitudes, but this was something I (we) have never seen before.”

Dulles International Airport is located about 6 miles north from their home. “PF” is a

56 year old professional and works as a business development executive with a

government contractor and has a MBA educational level.

SYNOPSIS: This historical case took place 53 years

ago shortly after a family moved in a small town

located within a stone’s throw of Washington D.C.,

and as a young boy in the angst of dealing with his

new surroundings, he had moreover an unexpected

encounter from strange visitors afar.

Historical

CASE

73

ACCOUNT: In 1962, the Walters moved into their

new 1,488 sqft single family home located in the

historic town of Vienna, Virginia. Seven year old “J” and his younger brothers were settling

in quite contentedly as they all shared a bedroom that was also decked out with a bunk

bed. A few days later, “J” was awakened late into the night by an intense light that flooded

the entire bedroom. As his eyes begun to adjust to the brightness, he realized that the

source came from outside his window. As he cautiously crept towards the window and

began to look out, he was amazed to see three small humanoids standing side by side in

his backyard, one of which was much smaller than the other

two; just standing there staring back at this young boy.

Strangely enough, “J” wasn’t afraid somehow but fully

mesmerized by this manifestation. As weird as it sounds he

said, he felt like something was telling him that it was OK and

not to be scared.

Page 2

J: “There were two tall ones, I'm guessing maybe 4 feet tall, and a smaller one in the

middle, and I am pretty sure the two tall ones were holding hands with the smaller one. I

know they were looking at me. I don't recall seeing their noses, necks, any hair or even

mouths. It is like their heads just blended into the body…no clothes or body parts

revealing their genders, just all grayish whiteness except for their eyes which were very

dark and the almond shape.”

The whole backyard was also lit up brightly, from an unknown source.

J: “There was also a very bright white light or something lighting everything up (light shining

down from above it seemed)…I don't really know where all the bright light was coming from.”

He imparted with me also that it is puzzling to him that he has no

memory of this scenario’s ending – on how he returned to bed and

going back to sleep. I asked him if he found any unusual marks, cuts,

or punctures on his body after this incident, and he said none. After a

day or two, he eventually ventured out to his new backyard for the

first time and to his amazement he discovered a circular indentation in

the ground where the saucer was hovering. The indentation remained

there for the whole 26 years they were living there. “J” chose not to

reveal this encounter with anyone until much later in life.

“J” added that the entities were bathed in a hazy glow that surrounded them, making it a little

difficult to see them clearly. He also noticed that there was a circular object at the rear and to the

right of them, hovering a few feet above the ground. It appeared to be a grayish-silver, circular

object with a dome on top, as to classic flying saucers that were portrayed in films but it didn’t

have any door or windows. This object was about 4 feet in diameter as he described it.

12ACCOUNT: On May 21, 2016 at 09:13:50 PM, the witness “Ashley” from inside her

parked car located at a mall in Charlottesville, Virginia, she along with her partner

observed white lights hovering above them, at a distance they believe to be 2500

ft. above. They both believe this was a triangular craft that also had white

flashing/strobing lights. During flight, the UAP hovered for about 10 seconds then it

continued on a northwesterly trajectory. She took photos of it with her Samsung-

SM-G930A iPhone. Ashley: “Flight direction was north by northwest, I don't think it

was a straight course. The UFO was flying low altitude and it is hard to determine

if it was ascending or rising.”

Both believe the craft was triangular in shape. Ashley

actually sent me two (2) photos of this UAP, taken six

(6) seconds apart as it was hovering northwesterly.

The sighting lasted approx. 5 minutes, flew slowly and

silently over Barracks Road Shopping Center. A

SYNOPSIS: On May 24, 2016 at about 09:15 PM, the witness “La-va” from an

undisclosed area of Norfolk, Virginia, she was looking at the stars for a while then

she later observed multiple unidentified objects flying quietly overhead. These

objects were described as satellite-like but with a dark gray rectangular UAP

intermixed. The white spheres and the rectangular object seems to be following

each other flying westerly and at one point, it formed a triangle pattern then later

separated from each other breaking the formation, heading northwesterly.

CASE

OBJECT DESCRIPTION: Spherical objects, glowing white in color – two of which were blinking,

with one dark gray rectangular object flying within this configuration. A total of 3 illuminations

and a dark rectangle was observed, however these objects could have been 2 separate “crafts”

given that the sketch seems to denote two unvarying group of signals.

La-va: “I am 1 and a 1/2 miles west of Norfolk International Airport, but this was way up in the

sky could not have originated from airport…it was a clear night and there was no sound. Color

was the dull grey rectangle behind the first object and the white blinking lights on the 2nd

object. Could not see any shape on 2nd object just that the blinking lights were wider in width

than the grey rectangle in front of it when they were both going the same direction.”

29SYNOPSIS: On June 18, 2016 at approx. 09:55 PM, “JP” with another

witness from a parking lot of a Virginia Beach store off 623 First Colonial

Rd., facing toward SSW, he observed and videotaped glowing red/orange

orbs hovering over his area.

ACCOUNT: JP: “We saw no more than 5 lights in formation moving from east to west before

disappearing. The sighting lasted 10 minutes give or take. No jets were flying that day.

Normally F/A 18 Hornets have flashing lights on the rudders to aid in identifying each other

and I did not see that.”

Satellite imagery indicate that the Naval Air Station Oceana airport is just 2 miles south from

where the witnesses were standing, the orbs were hovering possibly very near or right over

parts this base and I would imagine that the base’s personnel would have seen them or even

picked them up on radar but the chances of them sharing this incident with me would be

unrealistic.

04SYNOPSIS: On July 24, 2016 at approx. 08:55 PM, the witness “JR” along

with his mother, were inside their car waiting at a red light from the

intersection of Hydraulic Rd and Route 29, in Charlottesville, VA. From his

point of view looking out through his windshield, “JR” found his attention

suddenly drawn skyward by white lights at a distance. The UFO appeared to

be stationary at first but then was slowly moving towards their location and

as it approached Route 29, JR had his camera ready as he started

videotaping this object as it hovered over them.

OBJECT DESCRIPTION: Dark triangular object and at its base, it had 3white lights at each corner and a flashing red light in its centroid. The witness describe it as

being a little more than half of a football field in size and it flew northward.

WITNESS STATEMENTS: From what I

have gathered from my calls, along with

satellites photos and viewing his video, his

CMS report indicated that the UFO was

heading NE but in actuality, its trajectory

was northerly, seemingly following

Hydraulic Road pathway from above. JR:

“We both saw the lights first for three or

so minutes, the object did not move and

looked as big as a watermelon (arm’s

distance) then after 30 secs at the traffic

light, I saw the black structureNext page

and made no sound at all. (Video

footage) You saw only a little part

that I was able to video tape before

the intersection light turned green.”

the object flew over him prior to

departing from the intersection.

CORRELATING CASE: My May 2016 case (#76512) also comprise of a

similar triangular object flying over the same Charlottesville area and

trajectory, just a few weeks prior to this case, in which the witness also

photographed the object with her iPhone.

CONCLUSION: JR is in his mid 40s and is currently unemployed, living at home and

taking care of his mom. One of his diversions is to carry a camera with him during his local

travels as he’s always on the lookout for interesting things to shoot as to unusual weather

patterns and the like; one of his short videos is posted on YouTube of a neighborhood

house fire. The second witness is a retired school teacher. The witnesses were credible

and although the video was unsteady at times, the footage of the unknown object was

quite clear and I do not believe it to be CGI. The source of these triangular objects are

unknown but often seen especially in Virginia, and their unusual navigational beacons

and the absence of

conventional tail, wings,

stabilizers, etc., one will

have to deduce that it

was not our

accustomed passenger

airliner, military aircraft

or FAA approved

commercial drone.
