• ANODE RAYS CAN PRODUCE MECHANICAL EFFECT – THEY CAN ROTATE A LIGHT PADDLE WHEEL PLACED IN THEIR PATH

• ANODE RAYS ARE POSITIVELY CHARGED – DEFLECTED TOWARDS THE NEGATIVE PLATE OF AN ELECTRIC FIELD
