in a nutshell……
it is about knowing where you are in a sales cycle (GPS) and about knowing the steps to take to get where you want to go (map)
is it easy?
not usually……
is it followed?
well…you tell me…
what do they do instead?
make shit up
why?
they’re not listening…
…they’re not hearing…
…they’re guessing…
…or hoping…
…they’re going it alone…
…and usually failing.
