There will be 3 Types of Keynote Sessions:

Adopt: These sessions introduce a model or framework that addresses emerging issues (such as dealing with fermium technology), or better addresses existing issues (such as aligning marketing and sales tech stacks). Adopt sessions define the business issue and technology use case, dig into the specifics of the model or framework, and give you the evidence you need to justify its implementation to address a particular challenge.

Operationalize: These sessions provide a step-by-step look at how best to execute against a technology strategy and its associated objectives, including best practices, advice, tools and templates.

Optimize: These sessions focus on the advanced use cases for technology and how to use multiple technology categories and business processes together. If your organization has mastered the use of marketing automation, sales force automation and other core marketing and sales technologies, these sessions will provide guidance on how our more advanced clients are using, managing and extending their use of marketing and sales technology.

Heather Cole – Service Director, Sales Enablement Strategies

Heather brings more than 20 years of hands-on, b-to-b experience in a variety of disciplines including sales enablement, sales operations, field marketing and sales leadership. She has a passion for helping organizations define and execute on effective sales enablement strategies and has hands on expertise in developing sales learning, asset and communications programs for global b-to-b organizations.

Phil Harrell – Service Director, Chief Sales Office Strategies

Phil is an industry thought leader in sales and marketing with more than 20 years of experience building and leading high-performance b-to-b sales teams worldwide. Mark Levinson – VP and Group Director, Sales Services

Mark brings 20 years of experience to the SiriusDecisions Sales Operations Strategies service. Mark’s expertise includes a wide variety of sales operations issues including sales productivity, strategic planning, territory optimization, compensation plans, account management, sales tools and sales support. Before joining SiriusDecisions, Mark was director of sales operations for NICE Systems, the worldwide leader in intent-based solutions.

Steven Silver – Senior Research Director, Sales Operations Strategies

Steve Silver is Research Director of Sales Operations Strategies at SiriusDecisions. Steve brings with him more than 20 years of executive-level experience spanning sales operations, sales and product marketing. Prior to SiriusDecisions, Steve spent six years as Director of channel sales and operations for The TAS Group, a sales methodology and software company that developed the Dealmaker software platform. He was responsible for the design, implementation and management of The TAS Group’s worldwide channel partner program, which comprised approximately 40 percent of the company’s revenue.

Stephanie Sissler – Senior Research Director, Channel Sales Strategies
