COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

Partners and Affiliates are able to earn two different types of commissions:

Type I – Direct Commission There will be a direct commission paid out onevery sale of the FLIP software.

Type II – Team Bonuses are paid out based on team performance, totalrevenue, and level. These are paid on both the software sale and the monthlyrecurring revenue. There are five different types of bonuses available to thepartner/affiliate.• Generation• Floating• Matching• Lifestyle• Unilevel

Generation Bonus – A bonus that is paid on an entire Partner Level I team sales down to the next qualified partner

Floating Bonus - A bonus that is paid on the team members that have been personally enrolled.

Matching Bonus - A bonus that is based on the commission checks of personally enrolled team members.

Lifestyle Bonus - A bonus that is paid monthly to all qualified Partner Level I and above.

Unilevel Bonus - A bonus that is paid on both FLIP sales and monthly payments.

Partner Level III 100 team sales 5 of which are yours

Global Partner 300 team sales 5 of which are yours

Executive Partner 500 team sales 5 of which are yours

Software Rep is any person who has:

a) Completed the affiliate application

b) Signed the FWS policies and procedures

c) Completed the 30-minute compliance training course

d) Submitted a W-9 or W8 tax form

RANK DEFINITIONS, REQUIREMENTS AND COMPENSATION

COMPENSATION:• $350 Per personal referral that results in a FLIP sale.• $25 Team Bonus on all FLIP sales one level deep.• $3.75 team bonus on monthly recurring payments of personally enrolled affiliates.

Affiliate Level I is any person who has:

a) Completed all requirements for becoming a Software Rep

b) Made 3 personal referrals that have resulted in a sale of the FLIP software

COMPENSATION:• $450 Per personal referral that results in a FLIP sale• $25 Team Bonus on all FLIP sales two levels deep (unilevel)• $3.75 Team Bonus on monthly recurring payments two levels deep (unilevel)

Affiliate Level II is any person who has:

a) Completed all requirements for becoming an Affiliate level I


c) Developed 10 team referrals into FLIP software sales who are active

COMPENSATION:• $450 Per personal referral that results in a sale• $25 Team Bonus on all FLIP sales three levels deep (unilevel)• $3.75 Team Bonus on monthly recurring payments three levels deep (unilevel)• Referral differential bonus on all FLIP sales three levels deep• 1% Check match of all personally enrolled affiliates (matching)

Affiliate Level III is any person who has:

a) Completed all requirements for becoming an Affiliate level II



COMPENSATION:• $600 Per personal referral that results in a sale• $25 Team Bonus on all FLIP sales four levels deep (unilevel)• $50 Team Bonus on all personal sales at any depth (floating)• $12.00 Team Bonus on personally sponsored monthly payment (floating)• $3.75 Team Bonus on monthly recurring payments four levels deep (unilevel)• Referral differential bonus on all FLIP sales four levels deep• 1% Check match of all personally enrolled affiliates (matching)

Partner Level I is any person who has:

a) Completed all requirements for becoming an Affiliate level III



d) Has personally sponsored at least one Affiliate Level III
