Notes:The majority of our clients and candidates are not local, therefore nearly all communication is done virtually. It is not unusual to spend 2+ hours a day on the phone, therefore it’s important to be comfortable in that scenario.Once a successful client base is developed of approximately 10-15 companies, you begin a typical and expected number of job orders. The majority of our clients are repetitive, but they need to be sold on our services or candidates first through marketing callsWe work for companies as opposed to candidates. We are limited to working with candidates who go above and beyond our client’s expectations as laid out in their job order.
