How to Handle a
Guest Order Request
APPYHOTEL.com
(1) View guest
orders on your dashboard
(2) For a detailed list go to the“Guests” drop-down menu,
select “Orders.”
(3) Your orders are listed in chronological order
(4)Access order details
by clicking “Read”
(5)While viewing an
order you have the option to forward it onto another person
or department if relevant
(6) Once an order has been dealt with, simply
check “Handled” to remove it from your list of things to do
(7)Export all your orders as a
CSV file
Congrats!You can now deal with all orders sent via your
app and website.
