include your vendor name, the email address used to create your
Dwolla account, and an itemized list of orders filled during that
time period. Each listed order should show a corresponding 5-digit
B&B order number, the ship date and customers name. For an

Invoice Info Invoices should also include a total amount owed. You
can calculate this by listing the total retail price of fulfilled
orders and subtracting B&Bs margin (30 percent) and add your
actual shipping costs. We work on Net 30 terms so we pay within 30
days of receiving your invoice. 5. Register on Dwolla We remit
payment to you through Dwolla.com. This means that your invoices
will be paid directly into your Dwolla account, which you may then
transfer directly to your bank account. To receive payment for your
invoices, youll need to create an account on Dwolla. Go to
dwolla.com to sign up. 6. Transfer Funds from Dwolla Once you have
registered and verified your bank information, Bourbon & Boots
will be able to send you payments as direct deposits through
Dwolla. You will receive notification via email from Dwolla when
you have received payment. You must sign in to your Dwolla account
and Transfer The money from Dwolla to your bank account by clicking
the withdraw tab. 7. Dwolla Support If you have any issues with
creating or verifying your Dwolla account, the Dwolla support
