We recognise that sourcing talent is only one facet of the recruiter and client relationship. We want to negate the need for our clients to filter CVs at all by

providing high quality talent, always. Clear, honest and consistent communication throughout the process is essential to foster a mutually beneficial working

relationship.

HOW WE DO IT

Working to Xpand’s “Candidate First” framework, our team is continually building a community of APAC’s most talented professionals within their respective verticals. We value our connections deeply; they are our product and give us our competitive advantage. We work hard to provide value to our community through access to pertinent market intelligence and networking platforms, creating and hosting industry thought leadership events; Xpand Education Series “X:ED”, and presenting interesting jobs in exciting companies. For our customers, access to well qualified, engaged and driven individuals.

Our approach to candidate management under our “Candidate First” framework is defined by the following key things;   Working to identify career ambitions, skills and experience, and matching these to roles in organisations where there is strong cultural alignment to the candidate. Clear communication, whether this is identifying new roles that meet their ambitions, or updating them on progress with an ongoing application. Continuous support, whether this is offering career guidance, managing feedback, assistance with negotiation, resignation and on-boarding, or aftercare post-placement. Providing a personalised service to each candidate based on their requirements and preferences characterised by honesty, commitment and trust that evolves alongside their capabilities and ambitions.

1)  Know How Boolean Search Works!Did you know Recruiters use boolean search to pull up relevant LinkedIn profiles every day? Action Steps: Review job postings you want to compete for in the near future, pick two to three keywords recruiters will use to pull up relevant LinkedIn profiles and sprinkle those keywords throughout your LinkedIn profile so you rank high in the search. 2) Tell Recruiters Who You Are!Don't waste Recruiters’ time by making them guess who you are. Use your headline right below your name to communicate who you are. Make sure to use one or more of your keywords as you introduce yourself. This is where you make your first impression, so make it count! !3) Wow Recruiters With Your Summary!Write in first person if possible.
