Looked down upon as an easy career choice.

Obligatory Hiring

Nepotism and obligatory hiring are eating into the professionalism.

Compliance

Minimum expected and that more innovation can be brought in is not realized.

Pay

Pay is not in line with pay for professions in the same league.

Rejection

Handing over the pink slip and performing downsizing in the name of cost cutting is miserable.

Motives

Compromised ethics; motive seems to be to solely increase value of company stock.

Gender Diversity

Almost non-existent gender diversity. Heavily tilted towards one gender –women.
