InterviewStream conducted its first “Talent Acquisition and Technology Benchmarking Survey.” Nearly 250 HR professionals in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, India and others shared their views on the changing talent arena. Respondents’ organizations ranged in size from under 200 employees (45.9%) to more than 100,000 (2.4%). Industries included recruiting/staffing, healthcare, financial services, nonprofit, technology, government, and energy. The results reveal how these HR decision-makers are using technology to acquire talent, their views on employee development and retention, and which issues are keeping them up at night.
