THE TEAM

Jason LeggattManaging Director

Jason started his career in Recruitmentas a trainee with SThree, he moved swiftly to Team Leader and then Manager. He then became Contract Manager of a new SThree Brand; building a team from scratch to over 40 consultants before making Contract Director.

Jason launched his career in Rec2Rec in 2003 building what is now the mighty SW6. He recruits for Director Level roles;recent assignments include: Director of Technology for an International Recruitment Brand and Director of Wholesale Finance for an Executive Search Practice.

Ben Watson Director

Ben has worked with us for 11 years,working his way up from a traineeconsultant to equity Director. Benis in charge of developing andbuilding the Experienced Hires Deskand the strategy of SW6 as a whole.

Ben recruits for Director Level positionsin the UK for contingency recruitment;consultant level roles and above inExecutive Search and Team Leaderpositions and above for Internationalclients.

Gareth Webb Senior Appointments

Consultant

Prior to joining SW6, Gareth worked Mid-Senior level contingent TechnologyRecruitment for a London based boutique. He billed over £1,000,000 in the first 3-4 years, and managed two teams of 14 in total.

At SW6, Gareth works on Senior Appoint-ments focussing on small to medium sized firms that are exciting, have strong growth plans and require an outside resource to help them achieve their com-mercial ambitions. Gareth’s background in the indusry as a biller and manager puts him in a fantastic postion to help business owners and leaders set out their strategy and execute their growth plans.

Sam KangeConsultant

Sam worked in an Executive Search Firm during his studies and has joined us as a consultant; focusing primarily on placing candidates with 12 months or more experience. Sam has a strong understanding of the Recruitment Market and is responsible for mapping the market and identifying and attra-cting high quality passive and active candidates.

Sam is responsible for speaking to candidates across all levels.
