SEPARATIONTURNOVER OF ACCOUNTABILITIES- Monetary accountabilities that are not paid will be deducted from last pay.- Lost item/s or equipment are to be paid or replaced.

ICS HOLDING & NON-COMPETE CLAUSES- Per Employment Contract, an ICS regular personnel cannot

join a competitor company for a period of six(6) months from date of resignation.

- As an ethical practice, ICS & its clients do not hire from each other’s employees.

RESIGNATIONREQUIREMENTS: Resignation letter must be done in writing Addressed to HR through Dept Head State reason and date of resignation Served with at least a 30-day notice Start of 30 day notice is when the Dept

Head receives the Letter of Resignation

Non compliance will be indicated in the Clearance Certification

HR announces resignation2.HR sends employee a Clearance

Checklist3.HR conducts Exit Interview

during employee’s last day4.Employee surrenders ID & HMO

cards to HR

a check for the following:• Last pay , 13th month, and tax

refund, if any, net of deductions (SSS, ICS loans, monetary accountabilities)Plus:• Government Certifications • Clearance, if granted

6. Employee signs Quitclaim and surrenders photo-copy of valid passport or any valid Government ID
