• Don’t need spaces, just commas between keywords

• Use wildcards (*) (i.e. admin*,engin*)

• Check both boxes for multicolor highlighting

Create a Candidate Category for each candidate wheelhouse

• Use Job Title/LM and Job Title/TT

• Move them from LM to TT once you’ve

spoken to them

• Search for skills and geography within

the category
