Who We AreSchrole Group is run by education professionals for education professionals.
Founded by ex-Principals Rob Graham and Greg Smith, Schrole provides innovative talent management solutions for International schools as well as services in Leadership Development & Training.
Rob Graham – Chief Executive Officer
In 2013 Rob formed Schrole in response to issues he and his colleagues experienced as leaders in international education. The process of recruitment was arduous and time-consuming, with a large amount of paperwork. Schools often lacked the resources to promote teaching jobs to international candidates, and offer the professional development opportunities and benefits packages international staff wanted. To solve these issues, Rob established Schrole.
Greg Smith – Chief Operations Officer
Greg Smith has been involved in schools for thirty years, most recently in Beijing and Laos. His recent roles include Elementary Principal at the International School of Beijing and Director at Vientiane International School. He is now the Chief Operations Officer for Schrole. As a Director and Principal, he understands the challenges of recruitment and finding services which suit international schools.
What We DoSchrole Group offers a range of services to schools in the domestic and international markets, predominantly focused on management and development, recruitment, and retention. Our core product is Schrole Connect, a cloud based candidate management platform that simplifies the hiring process, as well as allowing access to a significant database of qualified, referenced and engaged teaching and leadership candidates. Simply put it connects teachers and schools.
